• I believe as long as you do not lose access to your account it will save all data. You must obviously keep the disc and your Ubisoft account.

• Not likely as you're talking about Ubisoft. Honestly though it's doubtful because it'll depend on whether or not Ubisoft will still have the servers and if they feel it's still monetary profitable to do so.
