As usual, the battery life is exceptional, and the performance is also top-notch. This new, updated version of the MacBook Pro is definitely worth the upgrade from previous models. It has significantly improved my productivity at work.

I recently purchased the MacBook Pro with the M5 chip, and it’s been a solid upgrade. Performance is fast and smooth for multitasking, development work, and everyday use. Battery life easily lasts most of the day, and the build quality and display feel premium. The only thing I’m still unsure about is whether I should have gone with the M4 Pro instead, especially for heavier workloads. But for my current use, the M5 has been more than capable. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Very smooth and works amazing! I find that the 16GB RAM and 512 GB works just fine for most users if you are not doing any heavy video processing or gaming. Better life is very good. My only issue is that fingerprints are very visible on the space black version, but that is a small issue overall.

Display is not OLED but still looks good. Speed is really fast on startup and using any applications. Keyboard and touchpad are responsive and feel easy and comfortable to use. The commands to do certain tasks like screenshot or switch tabs took me a while to learn but have made it easier for me to use my macbook. My only complaint is that it is not touchscreen but for everything else the mac offers it is an absolute bang for my buck!

I absolutely love this computer! It is lightning fast and feels intuitive. I’ve completed my classes 3 weeks early with the help of this computer. Highly recommend. The battery is lasting me two days before I need to recharge and I do classes on it pretty much from 8-4 sometimes longer.

I recently purchased a MacBook from Best Buy, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions without rushing me. The product was available in store, and the pickup process was quick—I was in and out in just a few minutes. The MacBook came in perfect condition, sealed and exactly as described. I really appreciated how simple Best Buy makes the buying process, from checking availability online to picking it up the same day. So far, the laptop has been working flawlessly. As a former Best Buy geek squad employee this device has blown my expectations away. It has the highest single core scores currently on the market, which means it opens webpages and applications, faster than any other computer even faster than the M4 Max chip and that is a fact if you’re looking to more extreme tasks like video editing, etc., I recommend going for a pro or max chip but if you’re just doing basic web browsing and normal user tasks like watching YouTube etc. the M5 chip is the fastest computer in the world for that

I initially got my wife the air but after purchasing this for myself I gifted it to her because of its snappy speed and definitely fit her needs for work more than mine. Definitely a work horse! Get it don’t think twice

This feels like the penultimate macbook to ever exist, With prices raising this is the perfect time and best option for any laptop on the market, M1 chip couldnt handle simple video editing let alone multitasking in 2026 but this simplicity and hardware makes it feels like you could buy it and forget about having to worry about keeping up with performance and issues. Each update has never caused an issue and i forget what the frozen screen spinning circle looks like because even running 24/7 it never has a lapse in anyway.

I have been long term macbook user. I had 2019 macbook pro and trust me M series are way more faster and quiet. M5 is definitely a leap in technology. I would anytime prefer mac os for my personal computer. The space black color looks awesome. Overall great purchase

I picked up this 14‑inch MacBook Pro a few weeks ago, and it’s quickly become my main work machine. It works really well and handles a heavy workload without any issues. It does get hotter than I expected, and the battery drains a bit faster than I thought it would. But overall, it runs smoothly, performs well with large tasks, and gets the job done.
