I bought the Acer Aspire Go 15 because I expected a decent laptop with a Ryzen 7 processor and 16GB of RAM. Unfortunately, I’ve been very disappointed with it. The screen is the biggest problem for me. The colors and display are very uncomfortable for my eyes, even after trying to adjust the brightness, contrast, and color settings. I have tried different settings, but I still find the screen difficult and uncomfortable to look at for extended periods of time. Another disappointment is that the keyboard does not have a backlight. For a modern laptop, especially one in this price range, I expected a backlit keyboard. It makes using the laptop in low-light conditions much more difficult. The laptop is also surprisingly slow. It takes too long to start up, and the overall performance does not feel fast or responsive. I specifically chose the model with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, so I expected much better performance. Instead, the computer often feels sluggish during normal use. Overall, I am very disappointed with this laptop. The uncomfortable screen, lack of keyboard backlighting, slow startup, and sluggish performance make it difficult for me to recommend. I regret buying this laptop. I would never purchase it again, and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

I don't reccomend getting this item shipped. Either the fan was just daulty from the start or it was knocked around during shipping, but it was like tv static turned to 11 (I'm really just letting my millennial flag fly high with that sentence, aren't I?). But the return process wasn't painful and I was able to purchase another laptop. From the store this time.

Guess i haven't had the best Laptop experience because I swapped the Lenovo out for this one and this particular Laptop seemed great until I took it to work. I took it to our IT personnel to get set up to our Wifi so im able to access the programs needed to submit my work. After 2 days of trying to get it set up, the laptop was not recognizing our internet even being plugged in with an ethernet cable. Ill stuck to HP from here on out.

Bought online because I was promised a delivery date that would allow time to get my data transferred from old laptop before an upcoming trip. Didn't arrive when promised and was given 2 different dates on when it would arrive (2 weeks later). Went to the store and purchased one in stock instead of online and returned the online purchase when it finally arrived. Will not purchase from the Best Buy online store again if at all possible.
