We normally purchase laptops but wanted to try the Chromebook due to it being much cheaper. My only negatives are due to me not understanding what a Chromebook is before buying. For instance, I didn't know that you cannot use Microsoft software such as Word. Also, you apparently cannot create folders to add to the desktop. You also cannot put documents on the desktop. Other than that, no complaints.

I bought this for my 88 year old father. It provides him access to everyting he needs: news and games. It's a great value at a great price. If you just want to surf the web and do email, this is a great item. It's not fast, but it's fast enough depending on your internet speed. The price was great. It sets up in minutes.

This is an amazing Chromebook, it is fast enough to do my stuff, it is light, convenient and came with a nice case and long battery life. And the Rockaway NJ store has a great manager who helped us make the decision

Good size screen works good I can see the keys pretty well even though they're not backlit. All my work is online so it works perfect

I love this computer. This is my third one over many years. I bought one for my sister's birthday. It has anti-virus protection built in. Best Buy had a great sale and I was happy to buy two! This Chromebook has so many features but it's not hard to figure out. If you want an easy computer, this is for you.

I really like the Chromebook! Its fast, and really easy to use. I like the weight of it as well.

Really enjoying the chromebook. Keyboard is a great size. Appreciated the case. It is light weight, fast and easy to use.

I bought this for my 5th grader. The computer is fast and screen is a very nice size. Overall i give it A+.

I just wanted something to do my family tree history on, it exceeded my expectations! Really quick to respond and battery life is awesome! I'm used to Windows based systems, so Chrome is new for me to learn. However, it's super simple, so wasnt hard to get the hang of it at all!

.grab this as a computer to use for work and it has not disappointed yet. Great battery life, easy to navigate, ability to connect your Google account and sync your pictures. And the price was worth it.

Can't beat it for the price. Does everything I needed to do. The battery lasts pretty long as I use it for online videos. A little bit of music. I also use it for paying bills and not to mention it's a extremely safe laptop and also comes with years of updates from Google.

Easy to set up. Speed is good. Size is more than adequate. It is much lighter in weight than my laptop.

Fast with a big screen. The numerical pad is also a great addon

Great Chromebrook for on the go! Take it everywhere with me. The included jacket case is huge benefit. I've had it for a year now with no issues and long battery life.

10/10 :) lightweight, long battery life, quick (: 10/10

I absolutely love this laptop! It’s lightweight and comfortable to use, whether I’m working at a desk or sitting on the couch. The keyboard feels smooth and easy on my hands, which makes long typing sessions much more enjoyable. What really stood out to me is the affordability. It delivers high-quality performance without breaking the bank, making it a great choice if you want something reliable on a budget. The battery life is amazing — I can go most of the day without needing to charge it, which is perfect for working on the go or traveling.

I bought this for my daughter so she's able to do schoolwork at home. It's working for everything she needs to be able to do and I appreciate that I can easily monitor with parental controls. No matter what she is doing on the Chromebook, it doesn't overheat and doesn't slow down, even when she is playing games.

amazing laptop, it works wonders and is really good for college programs my kids love them

I needed a computer to increase productivity for work and it was a great affordable option. The long baterry, large display, and large keyboard, makes it exceptional for long work days on the computer. The computer also does not have an aggressive blue light which is definitely nice considering I am staring at screens all day.

I have one and i bought one for my grandson. It is fast and efficient. 5stars
