Still early but so far so good! I originally purchased the spin 514 but with the radeon 3 4gb ram and 64gb storage and in all honesty it also looked and performed great! However best buy had this deal for only $69 more you got a nice bag and wireless mouse as well as the upgraded 8gig of ram and 128gb storage and hdmi port. Was a no brainer to return the the lesser model for this! More ram is always better, same for storage as the chromebook takes up 18 gigs for operating system which left you only 40 some gigs in old model. Super easy setup, green actually looks grey with tint of green which is very nice. Nice weight to this which some complain but for me feels solid and well built. Very fast and runs mutiple things including video no issues whatsoever! light up keyboard is awesome and works well. I like that you can make it as bright as you need or off or low if u want. Trackpad works great very responsive. Mouse is simple to use and works well!! Great size screen and touch screen very responsive. Nice bright screen and strong WiFi connection. For my purpose this is a great and my first chrome-book. Did a lot of research and many love this thing but the pros seem to knock this for less power for price but now this goes on sale for 469 or less and is well worth it imho. Great laptop feel without all bs and bloatware with built in free security and promise to support this chromebook until 2028 2029......im using this for personal use....netflix, youtube, email, internet surfing, strreaming to tv ect. prob overkill for what i need but like the speed of this model! A must buy imho. This model can handle even more then ill throw at it. Battery seems like itll get around 8 to 10hrs.

Debating whether to return it, because I hate the bottom speakers and sound so muffled I can't hear some news clips, even. Also hate the labels tacked on everywhere on the keyboard and screen areas, 2 even backlit. Ugh! Very distracting and irritating. Performance otherwise: very good. Sometimes flips from where I'm typing to several lines above, which also sometimes deletes part of what I typed. Maybe because trackpad is too wide, and I touch it while typing? Worth keeping otherwise, but debatable for me because of these constant irritations.

A very good performer. Processor speed is surprisingly high for the price. I like the fact thst it includes an HDMI connector to hook up to a smart tv or large monitor.

Fantastic touch screen and display. Crisp colors and fast speed. Keyboard is great and easy to use. Processor is excellent for my YouTube Channel videos. Highly recommend this Chromebook!!!

It's a great chromebook it seems to be fast & it has a great screen and graphics. Also the touch screen works very well.

This is definitely a big step up from the first Acer chrome book I had. I love my new chrome book, the HDMI is a very useful item if your stream movies a lot like I do. The screen is a very nice size. I am very happy with this item and will most likely keep purchasing Acer chrome books through Best Buy. When it arrived, I was amazed how well protected the computer was from breakage. I couldn’t be happier. Best Buy always gives you the full specifications which really helps in making a decision.

As a student, this has been a beneficial piece of tech especially since I rely on Google Drive to do my writing assignments for class. I didn't need too many fancy programs just a simple laptop to use google drive to do homework.

Powerful. A great upgrade from my previous book. I can have a hundred tabs open, you know why.

Acer chrome book is light compact and is great for school.

My first Chromebook. Extremely fast. Very nice, clear touchscreen. I have found a couple of issues with the ChromeOS being incompatible with an app or website I had no trouble with on my iPad. Not a deal breaker for me. So far quite pleased with this purchase. I would recommend it.

My old Chromebook's hinges froze and broke, so had to prop up with a brick. It was also only 13". I didn't think one inch would make that much difference, but it does. I also feel like this Chromebook is studier than my old one. As far as functionality, seems to be the same, but I've not tried all the features yet. The battery life isn't as good as my old one, that is why the 4 stars.

Fits my needs for a chromebook. Great screen and grapghics, doesn't support stylus. Can't use scroll bars with mouse pad. Portability and Battery Life are good. 5 out of 8 needs....not bad. Love the sleeve and the Micro SD Slot BIG BONUS! I hate trying to find that adapter.

Great laptop for school! My son does online elementary school and the Acer has everything he needs to do his assignments as well as attend live zoom lessons weekly. Definitely recommend for students.

Love this chromebook, use it daily. :) great upgrade from my last one. It has some quirks with the battery sometimes but after a year of use I can happily recommend this particular unit to buyers.

I like my Acer Chromebook Spin 514. It filled the bill when I found that I needed to replace my old Toshiba Chromebook. Although it's a bit pricier than the old one it's performance is much better which is what I had expected. I can't comment on battery life because I don't use it much. Display is fine, but I have it connected to a larger monitor, so can't comment too much. It's a lot heavier than my old Chromebook.

This is a quality Chromebook. Yes, all Chromebooks have their issues. This one is better than vast majority and Best Buy had it on sale.
