Long wait for disappointment

I asked for a remote giving my tv info which I bought from Best Buy. The agent recommended this remote. There was like a weeks delay getting this remote shipped to me. The remote turned out to be the wrong one. My son took this remote back to local best buy . Exchanged it for a universal remote as they told him didn’t have a replacement would have to order from manufacturer. After getting the universal remote programmed it works. Best I can say about it.

But it doesn’t. It may be that there are different remotes for different Infinity models but their advertising and store displays don’t point that out. Just sell it get it out the door and wait for the next sucker.
