Customer Ratings & Reviews

I really enjoy this product. Does everything I need and it’s a good size when I use it for sheet music. If you needed an iPad/tablet with a larger screen this one is great

Wasn't sure I wanted this monster...but yeah, I did :-) Large screen is fantastic and total weight with protective case is still easy to handle.

I love iPad Air 13 the quality and speed up load it’s very nice only thing I don’t like is my keyboard don’t light up I would recommend it. Only use it at home for research and pay bills.

Pricey, but does exactly what I need. The screen is really clear and it’s fast. I use it mainly for art and it does a great job

Excellent device. Fast, lightweight and easy to use.

The best I like the size very comfortable work good

I love the speed of the M4 Chip and the screen quality. Great for watching movies!

Large display, long battery life, and super fast! Perfect for Grandma!

I'm really happy with this purchase. Best Buy is definitely reliable when purchasing electronics. Since the day I bought, I've been suggesting to close friends. Amazing product and costumer service!!! The delivery was also SUPER fast!!!

Great display, battery life and perfect for what was needed to replace an older iPad.

I’ve been really happy with this iPad Air. The 13-inch screen is a great size for watching videos, doing schoolwork, browsing the internet, and multitasking without feeling too bulky. It’s fast and responsive, and the M4 chip makes everything feel smooth. The design is sleek and lightweight, and the Space Gray color looks really nice. The 128GB storage is also enough for my everyday use. Overall, it’s a great iPad and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful tablet for everyday use, school, or entertainment.

Upgraded from an M1 and the jump is incredible. Have had zero issues with art, entertainment, productivity or multitasking. Would highly recommend as a daily device for artists or creatives

Dad needed a bigger screen. His old school 9th Gen iPad wasn't cutting it anymore. So we opted for this iPad Air 13" with the M4 chip. I personally own the M4 iPad Pro 13", but I use it for work reasons. He did not have the need for a Pro model. He was amazed at the size and brightness / clarity of the screen. We got him a nice case for it, and BAAM. He's set!

**Title:** A Game-Changer in My Daily Workflow **Review:** I recently purchased this iPad for my husband, who works in roofing, and it’s been a huge upgrade for him. He’s now able to easily keep track of all his clients and send proposals right on site, which has made his workflow so much smoother. The performance is fast, reliable, and the display looks great for everything he needs. Overall, it’s been a powerful, practical tool that I’d definitely recommend to anyone.

Works great, love the larger size, no issues at all

I was using the original iPad. The first year it came out and I was experiencing not being able to update my iPad therefore having a problem with paying bills, so I was way overdue for a new one…. and this one grabbed my eye it is like a night and day difference technology today is so much more improved… very easy to transfer all my info from my old one to the new one… I highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their iPad

I absolutely love my iPad! The display is beautiful, everything runs smoothly, and the performance is excellent. It’s perfect for browsing, watching videos, studying, multitasking, and everyday use. The design is sleek, the battery life is great, and it works really well with the keyboard. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality tablet.

The M4 chip really shines on this iPad. All interactions with this iPad show how fast it really is. It is also fairly light and but a bit slippery so I had to get a case that is compatible with my Magic Keyboard and it is a bit heavier now but no complains, still amazing. Overall, highly recommended.

Very beautiful design and screen size. Highly recommend for any creative hobbies.

Purchased this for my elderly mom, 92 yr old with Alzheimer’s, and it is pretty easy for her to use! Apple has Assistive Access which is great for seniors!
