Nice phone. few scratches but works good. battery life 80%.

When going to get the phone activated the camera did not work at all and Best Buy would not only take the return they wouldn’t ship it back to the seller. The seller is almost impossible to reach and they finally emailed me back and when i asked a question they still haven’t responded back. And after complaining to Best Buy customer service i finally got a phone number for Wireless Source but they won’t answer the phone. Terrible customer service and product from both Best Buy and Wireless Source. Extremely disappointed in this product and the service.

Had a small chip on the side, but for the most part was an excellent condition I bought it for my son‘s birthday and he couldn’t even tell the difference between a new and used one so definitely a good product

I am very pleased with the quality, as it appears to be brand new.

It looked amazing and everything looked good when I opened it but then when I saw that the phone battery was low I plugged it in and it said it had liquid detection. Pretty disappointed since everything else worked great. Sometimes it will give me that message and sometimes it won’t.

I’m rating this fairly because the phone looks good after being refurbished, but there were too many scratches on the exterior. I knew I was purchasing a refurbished phone, but I wasn’t expecting so many scratches on the body. Aside from that, the phone is working fine.

it's amazing working very well look's like new iphone no scraching or anything else , camera very clearly , sound so good everything work I'm so glade and I will buy it again as a gift for my mom .

The phone was even better than expected, looked brand new out of the box. Worked as described with no issues. They packed it with extra care and protection. Would buy again dor sure.

Dissatisfied. Billed as “excellent” condition but found there were at least three chips in the exterior body of the phone. “Fair” at best. The phone itself is great, just feel bamboozled by Best Buy and will not buy phones from them anymore. For the record I didn’t want to rate battery life, camera, or display quality but was unable to submit with putting something so I copied the overall rating.

Phone works great. Bought it for a really good price. I would defiantly buy again.

Phone looked like it was brand new. The battery has 83% life left in it. We are happy with it.
