The iPhone 14 that we purchased is working fine. It was not in the excellent condition as I expected as there were indents/scratches on the sides which were probably done when a case was removed. We could not transfer the data directly from my wife's old iPhone directly to this one but was able to get most everything from the cloud. Overall a good purchase but the description was a little off.

Nice and good but unfortunately I can’t take it because I bought for gift it’s canceled that’s why I return hopefully next time I bought again

I am pleased with my purchase. I did not know that I could purchase a refurbished phone and use it with my carrier. I'm grateful that I was made aware that Best Buy would offer me the product that I needed.

Phone came in great shape plus a screen protector. Battery life was 80%it. Non real blemishes or scratches. Have had the phone for about a month now and problems.

Great starter phone. Screen glitched a little but otherwise works fine.

The phone looks like new on the outside. I had a shop check the battery and they said it's good for only about 6 more months (having lost about 15% of its capacity). I didn't expect a miracle unit, but "refurbishing" probably should include battery replacement.
