It solved my problem! I had no idea why my DVD/CD external Apple player would not show a connection to my MAC. I had an adapter, but it didn't use the power as needed. Who knew! I certainly did not... until I spoke with a tech. Problem solved for beautifully low cost. Yay!

Apple cords are the best at charging, would not buy any off brands. They are a waste, The actual apple products are the best, would definitely recommend this cord.

Works exactly how I need it too even though it does cost more money then a 3rd party. Make sure you have it facing the right way when you put it in cause it can be pretty hard to put in even if it’s facing the right way

Quality dongle. Works great for usb c to a charging. Fast enough data transfer speeds. It lives in my go charge case.

You have to have this adapter in order to use a mouse or other accessories. The Apple line does not have USB

I don’t like this port too much. It’s very hard to stick the usb in. I thought I had a bad one so I exchanged and it’s the same. I don’t know if I would recommend this but I feel like there’s no other choice.

The cable is to long and uncomfortable when you using it on the go, and when you put an usb it gets kinda stuck. But it does the job.
