I got this because my daughter's SE2 Apple watch came with a cheap plastic one and her watch would turn on and off all night disconnecting and reconnecting whenever it was on the charger. I bought this one and the watch no longer has issues charging.

This charger makes a noticeable difference in how quickly my Apple Watch charges compared to the older standard charger. A quick top-off in the morning is often enough to get through the day. The magnetic puck snaps into place and aligns perfectly every time, so there's no fiddling to get it charging. The USB-C connector works with my existing chargers, just keep in mind you'll need a USB-C power adapter with enough wattage to get the fast charging speeds. The 1 meter length is good for a nightstand or desk. It's a simple, reliable upgrade if you have a newer Apple Watch.
