Customer Ratings & Reviews

My Watch arrived in perfect condition. From shipping to my front door the box was in tack and inside was packaged. I will order online again.

Got this to track my fitness goals and steps better and it has exceeded my expectations. Use it every hour of the day.

Delicate but it is good…………………………………………………………………….

Very disappointed in the customer service from Best Buy. I ordered a watch on sale for a Christmas gift for my fiance. The box showed up to my home 2 days later. When I went to open the package I noticed the original tape had been tampered with, and it had been taped over with some clear tape. The box was abnormally light, and when I opened it my watch was not in the package, nor was the packing slip. I called customer support and sat on hold for a long while, and when I finally reached a representative he assured me I would have a refund issued and they would open an investigation on the matter. Immediately after that phone call I placed a pickup order for another watch at the closest Best Buy location to avoid this issue again. It was picked up the next day once it was ready. Today, I received an email from Best Buy asking for pictures of my damaged box with no product. I sent over the pictures as well as a narrative of how the original box tape had been tampered with. Not long after I had received another email stating they would not be issuing me a refund nor sending another product. So very disappointed in the customer service from Best Buy. I will be returning the second watch I bought and taking my money elsewhere. Best Buy will not receive any of my business ever again.

Great! Everyday watch. I love it! Text and call all in one.

This is amazing it helps me not have to have my phone out and I can respond back via voice message. You can now put a picture from your phone as the Face on your watch.

Service was excellent as always and was able to get exactly what I wanted.

Great watch! It’s so useful and nice, after syncing with my iPhone is a gold thing. It helps a lot to stop the use of a phone.
