Customer Ratings & Reviews

Perfect size for me as it fits into a back pack. It works super well.

This laptop is an excellent choice for both work and everyday use. It offers strong performance, smooth multitasking, and fast startup thanks to its efficient processor and solid-state storage. The display is clear and bright, making it comfortable for long hours of use, whether for studying, browsing, or watching videos.

works good, no complaints. Compact so easier to carry.

Excellent perform ace and highly recommended. Battery life easily lasts 8–10 hours on a full charge.

Fast, light and capable. Great size for everyday use!

I'm excited to share that I've acquired a new laptop, which allows me to offer an even more efficient, faster, and reliable service. I now work with a high-performance computer that facilitates the execution of demanding tasks such as consulting, digital management, content editing, and administrative processes without interruptions.

Excellent, product, fast and reliable, Easy to move, strong and ergonomic design.

This little laptop is surprisingly good. Was not expecting it to be this powerful

For the price point and being an Asus (have lots of Asus products over the years that have yet to fail me), it is (and still is) a solid purchase. Plenty of horsepower for using Microsoft Office and web browsing. I did add extra RAM 16GB and replaced the SSD to 1TB.

Lightweight, fast and everything I needed for a carry around laptop at an affordable price.

PErfect for daily work, the processor and the screen are nice, also the size is good

I’ve been using my ASUS laptop for the past few months, and overall, it’s been a solid performer. The build quality is sleek and durable, especially considering the price point. The display is vibrant with good color accuracy, making it great for both work and media consumption. Performance-wise, the laptop handles multitasking well.

Excelent computer. I love it. FUNCTION FAST and IS CONFORTABLE.

$300 paid plus taxes for this beauty. The specs are out of this world for this price. It doesnt have a full keybaord which i prefer and its RAM is still expandable as well as its storage, i believe. Havent gotten to suping it up yet, but great for studies or office work.

keyboard not backlit getting use to it works ok for first laptop

I am 79 yrs old and my desk top co.puter was 18 yrs old and very slow my grandson who is an engineer said.Maw Maw it is time for a new laptop He researched best buy's inventory and found this to be what i needed. EASY to set , user friendly, old files that i needed were easy to transfer So i am very satified.

Great Laptop for the price, add more ram in the slot, and change out the ssd if you want more storage. I wouldn’t expect gaming out of this machine but for daily driver for the price, it’s a great device. Terrible display though. But still giving it a 5 star.

I think this computer will right on time for school. The price was affordable and was within my budget. It also came with 128 gigs and i5 processor. This computer is just the right setup to succeed in school. Thanks best buy for thinking about students who’s learning on a budget.

The laptop overall is not perfect. But at this price, this is the best that you can get

I never had any problems with products I purchased from best buy either online or in person. Customer service is great compare to other stores. I bought this laptop for my son to use for his school.
