Needed a few more ports on a Ubuntu Server for my 3D printer worked great. I dinged one star on ease of use because the cord to plug it in (while hidden away under when not in use great for travel) is pretty short.

I liked that it has several ports and it does not a power source for it to operate, previous hubs that i have used have had a flimsy usb cord attached that didn't work for a very long time because the cord stop working. so this works out very well for me.

Works great and allows me to work in a small space. I live in my 5th wheel for 6 months out of the year, and my work space is only 29 inches wide. I can plug in anything I need including my printer, my keyboard and mouse. Thank you Best Buy Essentials for an affordable little hub!

Now she has multiple ones. Just be aware that the hub won't always stay flat on a firm surface because of the cables in the ports.
