Customers are saying
Customers admire the CrossWave Max's cleaning performance and ease of use, frequently praising its cordless design and lightweight build. However, some users point to shorter-than-expected battery life and a price point that may be considered high by some. Concerns were also raised regarding occasional suction issues and streaking on certain floor types.

A vacuume mop that really works
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great but you have to be patient and let it do the work. Picks up dried spills on the floor with repeated passes. Vacuume up pet urine really good. Beats using a bunch of paper towels or rags.

Great machine while it works, QC is awful.
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As title says, the machine is great for what it’s supposed to do. The quality control coupled with their warranty might make this my last bissel product… and i have a few. With a quick search there seems to be a common problem that renders the machine completely unusable. And of course, my machine stopped working 6 months after the warranty expired. The best they could do was offer me 20% off a brand new product of my choice (spend more money for poor engineering/quality control… No thanks)

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 2000 sq ft of tile and hardwood and no carpet. This cleaner works great. I have a large dog that sheds like crazy and the hair is easily picked up with the crosswave. It was a good buy, for me.

Quick Moo
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have three dogs and purchased this to help with a quick mop in between cleanings and it’s wonderful! The battery life last about 30 minutes or cleaning but it’s enough to get the job done on my hard surfaces.

Average
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not worth the money. Leaves random puddle of water. Having to dump out the dirty water is gross you still get your hands dirty and the charging dock when it self cleans you have to clean it up or a puddle stays behind of dirty water .

Excellent for all floor care needs!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This machine does it all...and very well. Plus, because it's battery powered you don't have to deal with tripping over cords all the time. I'm still learning all the great things this cleaner will do!

Good portable, lightweight, cordless Wet/Dry Vac
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was extremely excited while opening the box, I couldn't wait to start trying this device out, so much so I almost blew right past the instructions stating I needed to slow down and charge the device for 2 hours first. In the box, you'll find the vacuum, 4 bottles of cleaning solution, an extra cleaning roller, and the docking station, or base for the vacuum to charge on. The assembly is very straight forward, just need to click the handle into the base of the vacuum, and then you place it on the docking station to charge. The docking station has one extra piece that comes with you snap into either side to hold the cleaning rollers while they dry. The plastic used for the base does seem slightly flimsy, but gets the job done. It also even has some cord wrap tabs underneath to tie up the extra cord from the wall wart that powers it. After letting things sit for those first 2 hours, you're off to the races. From what I’ve found, hard surfaces and very thin, small area rugs work best for this cleaner. I know this makes small mentions of area rugs/“carpet”, but it definitely doesn’t like a thicker rug. For hard surfaces for high traffics areas, especially around entry doors, this thing works wonders for a quick and easy clean up and that’s a visible difference, especially in the dirty water tank. When you’re all done, you place the device back on the base, and press the clean button. It soaks the roller in the cleaning solution, spins it around to agitate it, then sucks the dirty water up. Then you can simply empty the dirty water tank, pull the roller out and place it in the holder to dry, and wipe the bottom of the base out if there’s remaining water. I only found a couple of minor drawbacks, but it doesn’t really affect the overall usefulness depending on what you’re expecting. If you were attempting to clean any medium to thick area rug, the device got much more difficult to move around. Due to the suction, pushing the device forward was met with lots of resistance, and when you pulled back, since the roller was running against so much surface, the vacuum wanted to keep drifting out of the straight line you were pulling. So as long as you’re sticking to hard surfaces, or very thin entry rugs, you’ll love this thing! The only other one worth mentioning really begs a question a buyer should ask themselves. How long will I need to clean with this tool? The battery only gives you 20-30 minutes of use, and then needs hours of recharging. If you have large areas you’re expecting to clean, the benefits may not be outweighed by the portability of the cordless feature. However, for the quick cleaning passes during the week, or those hard to reach areas all over the house, this device will make a great alternative to breaking out a mop. Overall, if you’re looking for a cordless, lightweight, portable dry/wet vacuum, you don’t need to look any farther. This device won’t disappoint!

This is for the Bissell-CrossWave Max Wet/Dry Cord
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed in the Cross Wave Bissell. Reason it is to much work to get it ready to operate and then the water is not enough to clean the floor. You then have to empty the dirty water out and start all over. It takes about 3 times of getting it ready to clean a normal house. If I could return it I would.

Not worth the hype.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great at first. It did exactly what it was supposed to do, but after about a week, things changed. It began leaving nasty water streaks EVERYWHERE! If you turn it off and move it, it dumps out nasty water from the hose right back onto the floor and then when you use the machine to clean it, it just leaves lines of dirty water everywhere. I have cleaned everything meticulously to see if that solved the problem, but it didn’t. Will be returning. Not worth the hype.
