This dishwasher is very hard to learn. It comes with a quick guide or you can download the book to learn how to use it. I like the fact that I can run small loads and not have to use the full appliance. Making the choice of buying this one was great for me.

I had this fixed a few times already and it never runs correctly or if at all. The water is always smelly and had the tech come out twice to try to fix it. Now it has so many error code its ridiculous.

do not buy. i thought we were going to love this. stopped working after a year. collects mold because it’s plastic inside. i host a lot and thought it would be nice because of the 2 drawers, water never empty’s. terrible design

One of the worst buy I have made in my experience. The first unit was defective they the installers charge to replace my relief valve charge me over $125 but the actual probel the new dishwasher. Was replace its working so far but the Wifi and instructions was not provided.I feel that the unit that was installed is a refurbish unit please confirm that

Super quiet. Other than that it’s junk. It’s been replaced 3 times in the first year. Starts in its own and stays locked until service technician comes out to unlock and replace. Less than 1 star. Avoid this product.

You can not use pods or liquid detergent in this dishwasher! only powder (it is like we live in 1970's) You need to use a rinse aid in the compartment that is very poorly accessible. No lights anywhere to indicate where you are in the cycle, unless you open it. It does not start by itself when you open it, you have to press start again. Even my 25 year old dishwasher had that feature. Normal cycle takes 2 hours to complete! No manual comes with it, you think for a machine this expensive you should get some information. The water collects and remains in the bottom dishwasher, and stinks over time, and the company says "it is normal"! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

For lingering odors or standing water, we recommend using a dishwasher cleaner such as citric acid, Cascade® Platinum™ Dishwasher Cleaner, or Finish® Dishwasher Cleaner to help remove buildup and maintain freshness. Flooded the kitchen after first use. Didn't act fast enough for Best Buy to rectify they sent me to manufacturer. They came in and said it was out of warranty because it was old. Not happy with Best Buy for installing it to begin with and now I have to fight with GE.

Beautiful dishwasher. However, configuration is not simple and the manual directs you to search online for full manufacturers recommendations. The drawers are not spacious and is hard to figure out a way not to block one dish from the other and unfortunately does not clean well your dishes.

We can understand when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. This is a beautiful dishwasher that allows for many options on loading and load sizes. Having the convenience of two drawers that you can use independently to wash everything from heirloom place settings to casserole dishes with separate cycles. We do have great photos on our site that will show properly loading. We recommend turning your hot water on first, before turning on your dishwasher. The hotter the water, the cleaner and drier the dishes will be. We recommend using rinse agent and pressing the Dry option. We hope the more you use your dishwasher the more you will like it.
Every time we ran the dishwasher there would be a film on glasses, utensils and glass dishes.

Hello- We are so thrilled to hear your wife is loving your new Double Drawer Dishwasher. This is a stunning machine that offers 6 Wash Cycles so you can go beyond the normal wash and drying cycles. This has Fast Dry, Sanitize and Ultra Dry options. It also features a Water Leak Sensor that prevents potential overflows for greater peace of mind. A water sensor cancels the wash cycle before a floor can occur and alerts you with blinking lights and a tone. The sound dBA level is really low at 46 dBA for the single drawer and 46 dBA for both.
