Q: What kind of dish soap to used with cafe double drawer And does it take jet dry?
A: yes to jet dry soap weird, If you use pods you have to place it in the flatware basket I sometimes use gel and have not had an issue but they said liquid . The dispenser is very awkwardly placed. I thought this was a cool appliance but I have had it 4 months and totally regret it. The racks are hard to use the bottom drawer can't handle oversized plates , bowls fall over and glasses are an ongoing puzzle. Think long and hard before purchasing. I miss my wonderful Maytag.
Q: what is the option of removing that little rose gold/bronze ribbon from the handles?

A: Hi there, thanks for reaching out to ask. Per page 11 of the Use and Care manual, do not use liquid detergent in this dishwasher. Also, do not place tablets or put liquid detergent in the detergent dispenser. If using a tablet or gel pouch, place it in the cutlery basket or at the edge of the base rack. You can read more about the detergent dispenser on pages 11 and 12 of the Use and Care manual. If you need to take a look at that, you can view it on our website. Hope this helps! A: Hi, and thank you for reaching out to us. When the cycle is running, the drawer is locked closed. To open the drawer mid cycle, you must pause the cycle. Since there are no controls on the outside of the dishwasher, you must knock on the right side of the drawer front, 2 knocks, wait for 3 seconds and then open the drawer. We hope this helps. Nice and quiet
Awesome looking dishwasher and the two drawers makes cleaning small loads convenient. Drying function is tremendous - glassware sparkles. The drawbacks are: 1) Loading anything other than dishes is difficult because the tines on the racks are too close together for bowls and pans. 2) Powdered detergent is recommended, and liquids / gels cannot be used. We ended up using pods, which is fine. However, a bulk dispenser for liquids would be nice. 3) Mounting the dishwasher to the cabinets was very cumbersome - using a screwdriver for the screw locations is nearly impossible.

Love our Dishwasher!
We love our dishwasher! It’s perfect since it is just the 2 of us for the most part at home and now we can run the dishwasher with just one of the drawers instead of having to run the traditional one with not much in it or wait for days. Also nice we can run 2 different loads on different by settings! Recommend this dishwasher!

Beautiful and useful.
I Love love love this dishwasher. It’s quiet has lots of settings and cleans and drys great. As someone who really didn’t use a dishwasher all that much I find myself using this all the time because of the small load ability.
