Easy to use, nice color and good size, so flexible good to work.

Title says it all. I found this on sale for $300 off. It works great. Has a lighted keyboard as well as plenty of ports. While it doesn't have a high-end graphics card, it works fine for what I need. Also, bought Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excell. They all work fine on this unit. It is a good buy for $999, but a steal for what I paid for it.

So far a good machine. Bought it to replace my old I7 Lenovo C930. Unfortunately today I'm taking it back to Best Buy Geek Squad to see what the issue is that is keeping it from turning on. Fully charged but totally black today. Tried various methods to restart. But I'd purchase this again for up until this recent issue is been just perfect. Great size and has a fast response

So far, this laptop performs well for my needs. I purchased it on sale for my grad classes, to do research, type papers, and run R for biostatistics. The 2-in-1 functionality is a great feature, offering flexibility of a laptop & a tablet, though I wish there were a better way to take handwritten notes while using it as a tablet. For the price, it was an excellent deal. Durability, especially the hinges, remains a concern, but I plan to add a protective cover for extra security.

I had been looking for a personal laptop as I had just retired in October and needed to keep up with finances, bills, email and filing of important matters. The price was very competitive and the computers are fast and simple to use.

A very good laptop helps in my daily academic work

This computer has been a great tool for my children as they are starting to do more of their school work online. I especially like the feel of the keyboard as it types smoothly and the battery life is decent. I haven’t asked much performance wise from it, but has been more than adequate for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar applications.

The computer is easy to navigate and easy to carry around. The screen size is perfect. The touch screen helps when working with the laptop in my lap.

Easy to get started and powerful processor. Compact & convenient

Have just had my Dell for a month. I have always had 15.6" screen but am finding 14" is just fine. Love the backlit keyboard and the touch of the keys. This is being used as a casual home computer and to stream entertainment. I was not looking for a 2 in 1 but I got a great deal on recent back to school sale. It's a huge upgrade from my 11 year old laptop that was ready for recycling.
