After much researching, looking at some in person and reading at least a million laptop reviews , I took the plunge and decided on this one. It’s fast, fantastic display/screen, nice and bright, solid build quality, functions as it should and has really great battery life. I needed it for every day stuff and a few programs, light video editing and an embroidery app. I’m genuinely impressed with this Dell 16” 2 in 1. It has been a fantastic experience and a huge upgrade from my Lenovo legion 5. It’s super fast and touch screen is really responsive. I actually love using this laptop. The display at 16” is perfect size . Display clarity and brightness are simply amazing. It has an aluminum casing and feels very solid and polished. Everything works perfectly. My apps run smoothly. Watching videos, movies and YouTube is so enjoyable now. My battery lasted me 9 hours with screen brightness on 50 percent browsing the internet for my game walkthrough. I’m very happy with my purchase. I purchased it at full price and would absolutely buy it again.

Its a good laptop over all. The battery life could be longer. I've only had it for a few months. I don't use it for work or anything, so I don't need a whole lot out of it. I don't have any complaints!

Was told by friends Dell was a great product. I have also used the Dell Help Desk, and the rep spent 2 hours on the phone assisting me.

Seems like a great computer. I bought it to replace a five year old Dell that I used mostly when I traveled on business. I bought that previous Dell because it was small and easy to tote around with its small 13.3 inch screen. I soon began to hate to because it was small and hard to read, with its 13.3 inch screen. It finally gave up its second battery and the wireless NIC died, so I decided to get something new.
This PC is nice. It has twice the ram and twice the storage as the old one, and the larger 16 inch screen is a vast improvement over the 13.3. I am still only using it for business travel, but it feels like it is much more than that. Granted, it is a bit bigger than my last one, but considering the larger screen real estate it is well worth it to me. I'm not sure it is something a gamer would want to buy, but it runs all of my business apps and they run like lightning. The CPU is very low power, so the battery life is excellent. It is also a nice matt metallic light blue to boot. I honestly couldn't be happier.

Bought this for my daughter to take to Law School. She loves it as it has a wide screen so she can view multiple documents at the same time and use as a tablet if needed. She loves how it folds back, storage, speed, and the sleek look.

Superb screen and quick response time in normal operation. Battery life is long. Touch screen is responsive. Keyboard is backlit and easy to type on. All in all, a high quality system. It is not a gaming lap. You will need to look elsewhere for those performance features. For typical laptop use, this system will fit your needs. The larger 16 inch screen works well for older people who need things to display a little bigger to use them well. The ssd internal drive delivers operational speed so you are not waiting around for the computer to react to your programs and inputs.

This laptop looked promising on paper, but fails to have few crucial features for this price.
Pros:
- Ideal selection of ports for 2024 (2 TB4, USB A, SD card reader and HDMI). Even though HDMI 1.4 is 1920x1080 @60Hz, 2 TB4 ports makes up for it.
- Thin for a 16 inch laptop and good screen to body ratio
- Good battery life for intel standard (8hrs of normal use)
- Good keyboard.Personally I like the centered keyboard layout without numpad (personal choice), ergonomically feels better. Keys have good tactile feedback
Cons:
- For this original lister price, the display should be at least QHD. Texts don't look sharp mainly because this is good big 16 inch screen
- Missing IR camera for Windows hello. It has room for it, yet fail to have this
- Touchpad seems to be metal/plastic. While it is big, should have been glass. Not smooth to use.
Lenovo yoga 7i feels more premium and was $100 less when it was on Sale compared to this.
In general I would avoid all three major manufacturers 16 2 in 1 offerings in this bracket (Lenovo Ideapad/Yoga, HP Envy, Dell Inspiron) with a very weak underwhelming screen for around $1k. If I had to go with one, it would be Lenovo when it is on sale.

Amazon laptop. My old one finally kicked the bucket. I’m obsessed with this one, much easier to work with, and so much more space. The support options are amazing as well especially if you’re not tech savvy! It a beautiful display and Amazon graphics, and a lot easier to download applications. I love how it can bend backwards for a propped up position. I have no doubt you’ll LOVE this laptop! Better than any other brand.

Easy to use, speed is great even when multiple programs are running simultaneously. The display is super crisp, excellent quality! I love that it has multiple ways to login. The only odd thing that happened which was odd, is that the screen has flipped upside down a few times, and I have to go to settings and change the display settings so it goes back to normal.
