Really nice laptop but the battery sucks. But I still would recommend it.

As a first-time Dell user, I am truly amazed by the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in the Dell XPS 13 Plus. From the moment I opened the box, I could tell that Dell prioritizes user experience and quality. Setting up the laptop was a breeze, and the intuitive interface made it easy to get started right away. The seamless integration of hardware and software has made my computing experience smooth and efficient. I'm excited to explore all the features and functionalities Dell has to offer and confident that this won't be my last Dell product. Thank you, Dell, for making my tech journey so enjoyable and promising!

I’d give this a 4.5 stars, not 4 or 5. The machine does exactly as expected & the XPS performs in line w/ all the top reviews it receives. Easily recommend the performance, lightweight, battery life…all pluses. The biggest drawback: The device has only 2 total ports—2 places to connect something on the entire machine—and they’re the Thunderbolt ports. If you’re charging the device, now you only have 1 port left. And keep adapters around. Secondarily, since the touchpad is seamlessly integrated into the wrist area/case, it can be a challenge to find the edges, left/right sometimes. All said, the pros far outweigh the cons.

Great laptop, out of box it had an issue with the touchpad, but a firmware update from dell resolved it completely. Very fast laptop!

Slim, quiet, and lightweight. This laptop is perfect for those who are looking for a touchscreen and for office use. 16gb should be a standard in computers.

I really wanted to like this laptop. Its small, powerful, fun new design. I just didn't. The sharp metal case would hurt my wrists while typing. I couldn't get used to the trackpad, the battery life was meh meh. But what ultimately made me return the laptop was the fact that after only TWO weeks the trackpad died. Dell, you really need to fix the quality of your machines. They LOOK great but they DIE so quickly. I have a Dell for work and I have gone through FOUR of them. And no I didn't do weird stuff with them, they were docked 100% of the time. I bought a Lenovo Slim Pro 7 instead... Lenovo is just better

First off..Best Buy and me have always been in crossroads regarding some policies of exchanges and returns. Most of their products are good but some are “bad batches” that come from manufacturer (not in BBY control). In spite of all this, they have tolerated and treated me well. This is my 3rd similar unit (12th gen or 13th gen) with issues from dead pixels to popping speakers. Dell seriously has to get their act together regarding Quality Assessment and Control. BBY on other hand has been great and very supportive to make things right and keep (customers like me) happy. I’m glad to be a BBY customer just not happy with some of their fast-changing policies without notice and some of the bad batches they get.

The only issue I have is the battery life. Other than that, it’s an excellent tool to get things done quick and easy

Amazing laptop, beautiful design and amazing keyboard. Battery life better than the 15. Speakers could be better though.

Decent laptop so far when taking into account the beautiful aesthetics , but I've had some thermal issues under loads that shouldn't demanding. Will probably have to return product for peace of mind.

Not enough time with this laptop to review, however, thus far, it appears to be a great unit. The one thing I failed to notice is that it does not have a USB port, so it's an additional expense to buy adapters, etc. for already owned external devices.

Although this was a very outstanding computer it was just not for me, I had not noticed it was touchscreen when I purchased it and that is a big no for me. This is something that is for school not for me, as I need a bigger screen
