The printing is excellent but the on-machine control screen is difficult to navigate.

I'm a student, so needing to print a large number of papers is required. This printer is quick, and uses very little ink.

I totally bought into the ink tank system and getting 7.000+ color pages out of a set of inks...Shazaam!! I buy in a fit of enthusiasm and start to set it up. Despite an external DVD drive I had difficulty getting the software to load on my new MacBook Pro. It finally loaded in a fluke on the fifth try. I've never been able to get the wireless functionality to work. The scanner function is incredibly slow, so I'm buying a separate high speed scanner for something I'd hoped this unit would do based on it's $500 price. It cranks out the pages for sure (rather noisy so don't use after the rest of the house is in bed) but I'm at about page 3,600 now and the black head is streaking. I really need the low cost per page for color with a class I teach but overall the unit has been rather disappointing. This pony has one trick.

This wireless printer is the best. It has all kinds of cool features. And on top of it all it's wireless!

The copy quality is really nice and sharp. It's a little pricey or I would have given it 5 stars. The tanks were easy to fill. I'm not sure why so many reviews complained about being too messy. I haven't had it very long but so far so good.

I have been pleased with my first couple of months with this device. I am a private music teacher and use lots of licensed digital music which I must print to share with students. I used to spend $500-600 a year just on ink on a printer by the same manufacturer. So far I believe the claim on the box may be accurate, that it comes with 2 years worth of ink. The ink levels have just barely decreased. I like the idea that the inks are affordable and can be individually refilled. I also like the way I can visually check ink levels in the ecotanks. I used to get frustrated when told an ink cartridge was empty only to give it a shake and feel there was more ink still in the cartridge, but I wasn't being allowed to use it. What a waste! The print quality isn't as sharp as my previous model, but I don't need precision printing most of the time, so the ink savings has compensated more than abundantly for that. If you need laser sharp quality, keep this in mind, though. You get what you pay for and I'm pleased with my purchase.

I bought this printer for the longevity of ink supply it says it has, and how inexpensive the ink refills are. My color laser printer had 4 toners which cost $75 each. It was almost the same price to get this new printer as it would be to replace the toners. The printer feel light and made with cheap materials compared to my laser printer. Each page takes longer to print. And I don't like that you place pages face down to print as it make is difficult to print multiple checks without having to reorganize the check orders (face up feeding is better for this). But, so far it has printed each page well. Scanner scans clear. Connected to my internet easily. I bought it to save money over the life of the printer. They save it comes with 2+ years of ink. So I'll try to touch base in two years to let you know if that's true.

WIreless works well. Set up of the printer took time and required a call to Epson for assistance.

This purchase was my first printer ever bought where I don’t have to constantly run out and buy ink cartridges that drastically add to the cost of owning the printer. This printer has small tanks that hold the ink and you buy the ink in refill bottles. It makes this printer extremely cheap to operate! One fill of each color tank lasts an extremely long time and handles thousands of printed pages and buying the refill bottles is so much cheaper than buying cartridges. I used to spend at least a couple hundred dollars each year on ink cartridges but I’ve had this printer over two years and even moved cross country with it. I am still using up the bottles of ink that came with the printer. Now that’s what I call real savings, and the printer prints extremely well to too! This has been the best and most cost efficient buy I’ve made in a very long time!

Not a cheap upfront investment, but you'll see the value in cheaper ink costs over the long haul. This is the logical printer for those who are tired of overpriced ink. It's also totally Apple compatible and was easy to set up overall.

It makes very clean crisp prints and the bulk ink feature is long over due. It is quiet and fast.

This printer is a must to have. Excellent quality. Easy to operate. All in one copier, fax. But the best part is the ink supply, plenty a very reasonably priced. FREEDOM from the small EXPENSIVE ink cartridges. Print quality very good for text and pictures and capable for both sides printing.

The printer is easy to use and works well. The ink is very efficient. It lasts for a long time.

I was in need of a new printer and tired of pricey ink. I liked the reviews I had seen for the super tank printers and thought I would give one a try. I am very pleased. Setup is easy and after registering the product I have been using the feature that allows me to email something directly to the printer and the document is in the printer tray when I arrive home. I've had the item for 3 months and am quite pleased.

I would recommend this item to everyone as it does quality work. The supply of ink is a great savings.

Nice sized printer. Low paper capiticy. The ink seems to go on forever. Customer service is not the best from Epson. Best Buy did give me a nice printer recycling discount.

This is exactly what we were looking for. The price was great and the quality of the print excellent!
