    Great option if you want a robo vacuum with mop

    I already have eufy L60 vacuum but this vacuum is a time saver having the mop option gives me more free time.

    I love this tool! I purchased a refurbished machine. The package was misshipped-but Anker got it to me and before Christmas. I think I have a small problem with the brush…..but my floors look wonderful!!!! I have a dog that sheds horribly! I have some laminate, some tile, and some carpets. This robot vacuum is wonderful. Do it! Buy it!

    This vacuum works great, although the mopping is not as strong as I thought it was. But I’ve learned that if I deep mop once a week, it can maintain the areas clean easily.

    Took a while to get it working (water issues, battery errors) but now it’s vacuuming and mopping well. It does use a tremendous amount of water which means we’re going through the cleaning solution we bought separately quickly, but that’s probably a good thing.

    Easy out of the box. It took about 20 mins to go around the house and map it. App is easy to use. Multiple cleaning options in the app. So far having fun with it. The app provides all notifications when it is time for any maintenance etc.

    When setting up the vacuum, I kept getting “battery error- contact eufy for service.” Vacuum would shut down/not able to charge each time it started up. For something rated as an excellent refurbished product, that was not how setting it up should have gone. I ended up buying replacement batteries to see if that was the culprit- I was not really thrilled about spending more $ on a product that was supposedly sold in excellent condition. Replaced the existing batteries with the new ones and the product magically worked as it should have. Either eufy didn’t keep the unit with fully charged batteries (and they ran down while sitting on the shelf) or Best Buy sold something rated incorrectly.
