Fantastic functions and features! No way to truly lock the control pad from toddlers as two touches does it. Otherwise great setup and even cooking!

The ovens work well except the clock. The clock changes time one hour to eastern standard time no matter if you reset it. I still have not got GE to come and fix it as they say they are booked up until February 18.

Hello Oven, thank you for your review. We are sincerely sorry your wall oven's clock is resetting to the incorrect time. We truly understand how that would be frustrating. Please know that this is not the ownership experience we strive for. If you have not done so already, we recommend you disconnect the power or flip the breaker for 2 to 3 minutes as this will often times reset the electronics. This smart oven is wonderful. Frozen pizza is now amazing. Can't believe what a difference from my ten-year old oven. Fan is a little annoying but totally worth it.

I've only been using the oven a month, but there are a few features I'm not happy with. The meat probe does not seem to work well and the oven automatically shuts off when the probe thinks the meat has reached temperature. The steam clean was not very strong in that once the time was up, the water left wasn't very warm. The roll-out rack is very difficult to remove and reinsert. When baking cookies and trying to use two racks, the heat did not seem evenly distributed.

We recommend putting a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel and rub the oil onto the left and right edge of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated.
