I actually LOVE this oven...it was fantastic the first two times I used it but then the display panel froze up. I called GE and they sent very nice service people out who diagnosed a bad panel. The service people said they do not see this often and would need to order the part. They reminded me that I could still use the oven through the app on my phone....which I had completely forgotten! That made me very happy the week before Easter. They were back in a week to install the new display and the oven has been great since then. Preheats quickly, runs quietly and bakes and roasts great!

Really decent oven IF you don’t care about the Wi-Fi connected feature. There’s TONS of postings online about how impossibly hard it is to get connected. For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but if that’s critical for you, stay way clear. GE makes it way harder (cloud based discovery) to connect than it should be.

I received this oven and it was dead on arrival. I was forced to work with a GE certified technician to resolve the issues and I am still working on it over 3 weeks after it arrived. Will end up being without an oven for a minimum of a month when it is all said and done. When the over was turned on it said it failed to complete a software update and didn’t give any options from that point forward. BestBuy said they could replace the unit but it wouldn’t be delivered for over four months. GE tried to replace parts to fix it but was not successful. What a terrible experience and product.

Nice looking, but cooks poorly - not even heat distribution. Less than 2 years old and the panel lights have failed, and even as a total tech member, I have to pay $79 for the service fee to get a tech here to evaluate it. Can't change the clock without wi-fi which is difficult to set up on the unit.

To access the Air Fry feature, select More then select Air Fry followed by the desired set temperature and press Start. We encourage you to contact Best Buy if needed. Oven was delivered and installed. Oven was operated once and it failed to turn on again. Oven has power but no display. GE is not a quality product.
