Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very happy with the product. Working Great as I expected.

Purchased for my non tech savvy mother. She finds it easy to use and is very happy with the overall battery life.

Larger facing easier to see, easy to operate when switching to different fearures.

This tracker works as advertised. I especially like the sleep stage tracker.

I love everything about my new Fitbit!! Thank you, Best Buy!

Bought this for my bf whose Fitbit charge 4 broke down. The Inspire is a huge upgrade from the Charge 4 - screen resolution is absolutely amazing and all the additional features. There is also a side button to turn the screen on and off which I find more functional than the Luxe (the one I have).

Great activity tracker. Inexpensive and very efficient

Good and comfortable to wear. Not too much of information that I can provide but it’s good for starters

I love this Fitbit. It is small and sleek but is large enough to read.

This Fitbit was my third smart watch, but my first Fitbit. My first one was pretty good, but died simply because of age. The second one was a worthless one that hardly worked. I had it for 3 months then threw it away. My Fitbit, which I've had for a couple months now, is better than both my 1st and 2nd watches. Well worth the price I paid.

My screen stopped working after 5 months. My previous fitbits lasted much longer and were only replaced after the plastic wore out and would no longer stay on the wrist band. Hopefully the warranty will cover it, but dont recommend.

It’s a very good product. I just don’t need right now.

Open box special. Very happy with the products performance and the price. Band is very short as I have it on 2nd from last hole. Women's band? I have very average wrists.

Excellent monitoring for almost 2 years. Lots of functions and works seamlessly with iPad. Lost at gym and purchased another.

Bought as a gift for an avid gym goer and swimmer.

The watch is working just fine, however it was a Christmas present and I was concerned that the box when it was handed to me looked like someone had already opened it. I wrapped it anyway, my wife is enjoying it now. Plus I have the yearly subscription plan for warranty protection

This is my second Fitbit! My first one slipped off my wrist during vacation; it was four years old! I had to get another, so I chose this model. I’m still getting used to the layout, but I’m really impressed with the upgraded cardiac tracking! Love it!!

Good product. Does more than I need. Only gave it 4 staras because Fitbit ended the desktop website version. I like it because it functions without being worn on wrist.

The tracking is great for the size of the device and it gets even better and more detailed when you get Fitbit premium. Luckily 6 months ate including for free!!

I returned the item because it didn't allow customization of the display. I wanted to be able to sit on the HR and have only that displayed, so it would be large, when I ride my bike. Goal was to maintain zone 2
