A great printer for the price, setup was easy. Print quality was real good.

A little clunky. Not as easy to install as I was told by a Best Buy employee. Not as easy to use as older all-in-one-printer. Still having trouble getting the scanner to work. After paying for Geek Quad to come out and install everything on new HP computer...scanner still not working right. Had family emergency to attend to and still doing so time went by and when I called again about it, they said 60 days had expired and there would be a charge of $145.00 or maybe they said $165.00 (by that time I was angry)to come out again even though I have a membership. I told them evidently they didn't do a complete installation or the scanner feature would be working. I am disgusted with Geek Squad and their attitude. Best Buy actual customer service is a thing of the past. You either take it or leave it attitude when dealing with them now.

My copies are look professionally done. It is easy to scan and print.

I first liked the size of the printer as it will it into our home space nicely without being an eye sore
