Highly impressed with HP. This is a polished product. The instructions are excellent and mostly intuitive. The tiny screen on the printer isn't very useful but does show relevant info. But their mobile app makes it redundant as you can do everything in the app. I like the controls which light up nice and bright. I don't like loading blank paper from the rear. But is a very small annoyance. Even aesthetically this is a fine product. The curves are precise and the white and black paint are textured to not show finger prints. It is compact and has a modern look without being ugly. It is a clean design. The tank system is simply wonderful. The refills are super simple to perform. There's no way to make a mess. The bottles click into place and fill the reservoirs automatically. No squeezing. The printer came with a large black bottle and three color bottles. The color bottles fill the reservoirs once. The black bottle fills the reservoir twice. I'm not sure how long they last as I just bought it. The print quality is great. I printed a photo on just plain typing paper and is is quite good. It's nice enough to hang on the fridge. To frame a photo I would need to use some good photo paper. It printed the photo in full 8.5x11 remotely from my phone really fast. I went with the default settings in the HP app. I'm sure it would take longer to print in a higher quality mode. But the app was really easy. It has a gallery browser that lets you look by date or album (folder). I attached photos showing how I have it set up and of a printed photo on plain typing paper. In summary, if you want to take the leap into buying a printer that doesn't use cartridges, this is a GREAT place to start you search. Best Buy had a ton of different tank printers of a huge price range. I got the HP because it is compatible with Linux and their mobile apps are FAR better than the competition.

It is really sinple to install. The refill ink cartridges are easy to use and the print quality is great. Love the ability tonprint from my phone with the app. Perfect use for at home personal printing.

I bought this printer to print off pics for my mom's funeral. I was a little hesitant because of the wifi capability feature and having a bad expeirence with my last printer which also had a wifi capabiliy feature. THIS printer is awesome though, I don't have any issues printing from my computer or my phone. It prints with ease and doesn't give me any trouble when printing. I've used this printer to scan, copy, print photos and documents over the last month. It came with full bottles of ink and still have over half left. Considering printing 100 pages and 75 pictures, I am amazed. Most inkjet printers would have already needed ink replaced. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Great printed. Pictures are flawless and doesn’t even put. Dent in the color ink. And I’ve printed hundreds of black and white and it hardly made a dent. I’m impressed.

A great printer, very good quality prints - im running my business off of this call me old school but a wired option to print would be the only improvement. SOMETIMES I "send" a print job and have to wait up to 5 minutes for it to begin. sometimes its instant.

Excellent printer, you can easily connect your phone, computer and other electronic devices to print. Comes with ink and it lasts for at least 2 months amazingly. It's perfect size for a even a small spaced room. Great quality.

It is a great setup for my home as I usually print from my phone or laptop. So far there has not been any problems with the ink. The printer does exactly what is advertised it will do. Easy to use

Its ok. I had trouble getting it started and connected.I had to call h.p. it wasnt registering the cartiridge for some reason. Wish the screen had lighted letters not black. Buttons dont light unless u prompt it to print. If something isnt working it dont clearly display reason. It gives u symbols. Everytime i turn printer on it will suck in my 1st page to calibrate it wasting paper and ink. Shouldnt have to calibrate each time you turn it on. Note: not 2 sided printer! Printer should cost less for these reasons. But prints come out really clear and good.

Very excellent printer! Has an ink tank so it last a long time if you have thousands of copies to print. Very easy to use has a smart hp app access and is fairly quiet. Overall a great printer for the cost.

I love my printer very much. I love how quietly it prints and love how easy it was to set up and add the ink, even though I got some help. Love to be able to print out my poetry from home now.

I have been on a printer hunt since my Epson gave out on me. I just bought this printer and I’m a satisfied shopper! It printer much faster, set up made sense, is easily accessible, and a semi cartridge free printer (I think they’re just for back up) and mainly used bottled ink.
