This computer is slow and noisy. When I reduced the size from 100% to 70% it did nothing. It didn't make any noise or set itself to print. I waited a couple of minutes and still nothing. I then went outside for about 6 minutes and when I returned it had printed the lable. It prints fine and the color seems true enough but when I press print I expect it to set itself and then print. It is easy to install the ink and set up, however.

This printer is FANTASTIC for any use! 3 Days into my purchase and ownership of this printer, and I absolutely love it! The printer is set up via mobile app "HP Smart". It walks you through the setup process with detailed diagrams and images to insure no mistakes are made through the process. The Ink bottles are not messy at all, and have a safety mechanism installed on each to ensure mess-free ink installation! This printer's document quality is amazing, printing crisp texts, almost like a laser printer, and vivid colors in images. The ink included in the box is plenty for my use, given that I do not print too much, but I was rather looking for an economical solution for my printing budget. Photo printing is extremely easy and super nice quality. When using glossy premium photo paper from Canon, HP, or EPSON, this printer really gives an outstanding product. All of my photos printed from this machine are very high quality, rich in color, vivid, and crisp. They all have a super premium feel, almost like I had them professionally printed. Setup is a little challenging, and step-by-step inclusive. However, this printer comes with detailed instructions that walk you through the process. The copy function could use a bit more work, as in scan quality of the flatbed glass. The maximum DPI resolution that the printer supports for scanning documents is 600x600 DPI, however, this should not hold you back, as the copy function still serves a very important purpose! I would recommend this printer to anyone looking to print photos, documents, or brochures at a very low cost, as this machine supports almost every glossy, premium, or regular paper. The print settings also are extremely versatile and revolve around the user's preference. Each ink is super high-quality, giving a rich color per print. This printer is a great investment for anyone looking to save money per page printed. Best Buy's pickup service was also very fast. Prints nice. Like the refillable ink cartridges. Doesn’t take up too much space. Easy to set up and make available for all devices with the HP software.

So Far so Good! Our HP inkjet printer recently kicked the bucket, and this is our first foray into a tank style printer. So far we love it. The set-up was very easy and print quality is good. Hopefully the ink will last as long as advertised. The 7001 model was the only printer our Best Buy had in stock. The model with the multi-page feed function was out of stock, but I don't think we will miss that feature. The only negative of the design, and the reason for the 4 star rating is the very small digital read out window which is located on the top, front edge of the printer. Our last printer had a much larger readout shown on the front of the machine. You could see it from a seated position and access the print button much easier. With this one, you have to stand up to see the icons and the print buttons are not as intuitive.

This was a long time coming printer upgrade after my old epson stopped recognizing ink cartridges. It was nice to see so many ink tank options and that many things I’d pay a premium for a while back are now standard features. This time the decision came down to overall size. This printer is short enough to fit under a shelf built in to my desk without requiring me to fill paper from the back. That plus the 2-sided printing made it the winner. I waited for it to go on sale and got it. Initial setting wasn’t as hard as I thought, but it’s different than what I’ve done before so that was kinda cool. The software setup is a little confusing but a little patience goes a long way.

It prints good quality photos and documents. It is easy to fill the ink tanks. The replaceable print heads are an excellent feature. The 15 pages per minute is a good speed. The problem is this printer automatically shuts down. So every time you want to print something you have to go and turn the printer on; it is a major inconvenience. Also, the paper tray doesn't come out; you just open it to refill it. This results in the paper not sitting and feeding properly occasionally. If you can deal with those 2 issues, this is a good printer.

I have always had a printer, but I wanted to try this ink tank printer for a change. The colors are very nice and the quality up to par. The setup was quick and no mess with the ink. As of now happy with the purchase!

Seems great so far. Set up took about 30 minutes, but the app made it easy and clear. Bottles didn't spill a drop. Print quality is great and scanning is easy. Bought this for my parents with the hopes that I'm done troubleshooting printers for a few years.

This printer saves you a ton on ink and it can fit anywhere its so small. I've had it over six months and use it in my office & haven't had to refill the ink yet.

This printer has been the best printer so far. The set up was easy, and the quality of vivid photos were detailed perfectly. I loved how fast the colorful prints came out. And the amount of prints I’ve done without running out of ink was amazing.

Great if you have HP products. Fast set up and the ink tanks do last. In the long run this sure beats buying the cartridges.

Great printer! The ink tank is the best part. I will definitely save alot of money down the road with ink bottles to refill the giant ink reservoirs vs buying new cartridges. I was so impressed with this printer, that I now have 2 at work and 1 at home. Only gripe is the HP Smart app that is highly recommended to perform initial configuration. Hopefully HP keeps updating the app to improve its performance.

I purchased this item on 3/3/2022, as a first time buyer and not knowing the true quality of the product. I was very surprised to learn the quality, the speed and the easiness of operation of the HP 7001, printer. The instillation process was provided with the HP app and simple to follow. I will by this product again.

I purchased this printer for personal & work use. I use Mac devices and needed a printer that worked seamlessly with AirPrint. So far, there have been no problems. I also downloaded the HP App just in case I need to print something when away from home. I haven’t tried the app function yet, but hope it works just as well as AirPrint. I love that I will not have to replace cartridges as I’m an avid recycler & it can be troublesome to do so at times. I watched a YouTuber’s video for the setup process & completed it easily. One product review stated that there is Not a Latch to keep the printed pages from falling off But there IS One; it has to be flipped up.

I really like this printer so far. The setup with the app was very easy. The ink bottles attach to the inlet and puncture so the ink goes straight into the tank. No fuss! Copies are excellent. I tried a scan and saved it to my hard drive and then opened it and printed it. Also, very good.

We have had this printer for just over a month. It was easy to set up, prints quickly, and after over 100 pages printed, no visible lowering of the ink tanks. They are still full. It is cheaper to run than my old color laserjet.

This has been the best HP printer I have had so far. Fast printing and super high quality. Love the versatility of having AirPrint and Google Cloud Print. I do miss not having a feeder with my scanner, but I used the feeder pretty infrequently and can actually scan quicker with my phone than I ever could with a printer/scanner, so it has turned out to be a non-factor. Ink is very reasonably priced and is a better way to go than color laser in my opinion. Piece of advice is don't skimp on cheap printer paper. I bought some HP paper and the quality has been as good as laser at a much cheaper per page price, plus has a smaller desktop footprint than most lasers.

This printer is pretty straightforward to setup using the app. The ink lasts a while too. It's not the fastest printer I've used, but it's more than sufficient for home level use.
