Dont waste your time. Bought two of them and neither of them would sync to iPhone or Android. Poor directions and poor quality. Returned both.

Unfortunately, I could not get the ring to established a Bluetooth connection to my phone. I followed all the instructions to the tee. The response from customer servive was to do the exact same thing which I was doing. When that failed, their customer support team replied that I should wait. Wait for what? For my return period to expire? LOL Anyway, I'm fed up and will return the ring.

Worth it. It syncs up wirh apple health and thats what i wanted.

This ring does show accurate calories or steps. Waste of money.

Unfortunately, the information didn’t say that you had to have an iPhone 13 or newer. It was mentioned about six pages into the instructions but only one line and indirectly. The app wouldn’t even load onto the phone. I would still recommend it as a cheaper version to try, but it then makes me wonder what functions are required in the phone and where the information might go in addition to my own use. Paranoid reality?

The quality control is non-existent. The first ring wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. So, I exchanged it for a second ring. The website says "the battery lasts 7 days under heavy conditions and 15 days under normal use." I have had this second ring less than two weeks, and I've had to charge it every 4 - 5 days under normal use (no continuous or frequent monitoring). I tried to contact the company directly to ask if the website was vastly overstating battery life or if the ring was defective, but the company skirted my request, and refused to answer. I'm thinking of trying to exchange it one last time, then I will give up and try a different company.

This ring is great and about $300 cheaper than the ring i was originally going to buy. I love this fitness tracker and the sleep tracker.
