Stay away from this product. They use a custom fire stick firmware, that does not get upgraded. My tv has been working fine for 3 months then today i got the message "youtube not available on this device" I did factory reset, uninstall, install etc.. and still same problem so my bet is youtube updated something and now this tv is not compatible. this tv gets used a lot by the kids. best buy support was help less.. so don't buy this tv they surely don't update their systems.

After having this tv for less than two months it is malfunctioning wouldnt connect to wifi or recognize remote. Got the remote to work finally then still no network connection. Did a hard reset, ow it won’t sync with my remote. Do not purchase this brand awful!

It came pretty quick but once I took it out the box and plugged it up it had small lines now they’re getting big and hard for me to see the left side of the tv screen

I only gave it two stars because either I have an bad TV or the lag time is horrible.

Broke with in first 10 days and had to send back to Manufacture to repair. 6 to 8 weeks for this. Good times, Not

Wasn't sure about getting this particular brand, but wanted to try the Fire TV and this is the brand that had that feature. Was easy to set up, the color is good, the sound seems okay. The size is good for a bedroom or additional TV. Navigation is pretty intuitive, I like that you can add the Xfinity App which is why we choose to go with a Fire TV, the Samsungs that offer Xfinity app do not come in the size we needed for the Guest Room (don't want to pay to buy/rent another set-top box). TV seems a little "fragile" that it says you cannot touch the screen. I get that you don't want to be pressing on it, but it came with multiple warnings about touching? Apparently it's particular about being cleaned too... though that may be the case for all the television sets after 2010. Feet are okay, though a little cheap they do the job, though we will be switching to wall mount as that seems a bit safer (probably why they don't put much into quality feet support). Overall a nice television for an extra.

Great picture, quality and price. Easy to use and nice looking frame. I really recommend it. The TV fit nicely in my bedroom. The measures is right and the colors are nice

I purchased this TV for an elderly couple who wanted a TV for a second bedroom. It needed to have many of the currently available features and yet be simple to use. They also didn't wasn't to spend a lot of money. This is the TV recommended by the Best Buy sales rep and it is perfect. It is a smart TV, so it has the desirable functions and yet it is fairly easy to use. It's not a 4k picture or a large screen that covers an entire wall. It is however a great TV for the price and has surprisingly many features.

The 39 inch is a good size but I wish I got it in a bigger size for my bedroom. I love it, so easy to set up and use. As long as you have good WiFi, you don’t need anything else to watch anything. The remote is acting little funky, I guess it’s because of the cheap batteries that came with it. But I’m sure it’s fine once you buy good batteries. I’m just super lazy and forgetful.

I’m so glad I found this size. I checked the measurement of the 40 inch TVs and they were all just a tad too wide to fit into my cabinet but I wanted something bigger than 32 inches. This size fits perfectly. The tv itself was easy to set up. Connecting it to WiFi wasn’t a problem. I couldn’t find this anywhere in the description but I was also able to connect my Bluetooth headphones to it so I can watch while everyone’s asleep. The stand holds up the tv just fine but it is a bit flimsy. Be careful not to tilt it too much. The remote is easy to use as well. I do wish they had it in 1080p but it works for what i need it for. Overall awesome for the price.

The TV is exactly the size we wanted in our family room, the price was great, and the quality of the picture and audio is excellent. Setup was easy and, with the TV being so lightweight, we mounted it on the wall. It is going to take us some time to understand all the features but we are enjoying what we are watching.

This is our 3rd Insignia TV. We have 2 in our motorhome and they have been great! This will be placed over the fireplace, in the dining room. The picture is great and it will be replaced by a 70" Insignia in the living room. Best Buy product, with zero complaints. Great price and quality!
