Set up was easy and quick. The color is also decent. I really like the convenience of switching from different streamings & free to add streaming stations. The tv programming I feel needs works, if the tv is left idle for 5mins it turns off( good for some people I get it). The remote has been a pain since the 1st week I purchased, from the loud clicking of changing the channel to the batteries that is already going dead ( but the tv do make you aware that the batteries needs to be changed out). Overall I think it was a good purchase.

Picture is decent considering what I paid. The smart tv UI is just always a pain. Even the more expensive tvs UI freeze up and lag constantly. The tv remote for my unit for some reason just stopped working one day. So to get around this I bought a Roku. Now I have to press the power button on the actual tv once. Then press it again to switch to the proper input for the Roku. At this point I’m welcome to go get in bed because I can at least turn the tv off with the Roku tv. Sometimes I just wish some technology would stay where it is currently rather than upgrading it to a “smart is”. Alas, this tv does what it set out to do. Nothing special. When I want to be wowed by a tv I use my OLED in the living room

I’ve had this Tv for about A month and a half now and it works great! I really wanted a TV for my room that I could cast to from my phone or be able to download apps on the TV in general so I could be able to watch other shows that aren’t on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, or Disney. I’ve used the fire stick before and it’s great for downloading apps and I just personally enjoy it more than Roku too. Although since this TV already comes with it installed now I can cast and/or just download what I need! The only problem I had with this Purchase was when my remote disconnected from it, but it was a really quick fix anyways. I have not had any other problems with it since then :). The quality is pretty great too! It’s definitely a good buy if you’re looking for something cheaper and of good quality! I’ve never had an insignia TV so I was skeptical about buying it or a Samsung one knowing it was gonna cost me more. Really glad I chose the more affordable option

I am very happy with the purchase I made. I would recommend this product to anyone purchasing an alternative tv for their home. The Insignia™ - 39" Class LED HD Smart Fire TV Edition TV is performing at my level of expectation. I have been using it daily for about a month and the only issue has been finding a tv antenna, it is not connected to cable or satellite.
