Helps get rid of all the junk good interface and easy to use for the price!

I gave this 3 stars because it changed my settings and moved/lost some of my files. I ended up uninstalling it. The reason I gave it 3 stars vs a lower amount was because I had to remove the latest Windows update, so I could not swear that this actually slowed the computer as much as the Windows update did. However, as I stated, it DID move files and change some of my personal settings so that I had to change those multiple times before giving up and uninstalling this.

I have been using this on my computer for several months and it has improved many areas and restored my computer to run like new. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone with the frustrating problem of a slow running and even an not running computer as it will definitely bring it back to life and run like new.

Although my computer problem may have been too big for it to solve, the program seemed to only make matters worse.Among other things, It also prompted me to delete a startup program which turned out to be essential for opening my email. On the bright side, once it destroyed what was left of my old computer, I was motivated to buy a new one.

My computers, especially my old Windows 7 computer, have been running slow. This product sped them UP! It deleted a lot of old files and while its Defragmentation is beyond slow the difference is seen on 3 separate computers in one house. Word of caution, startup is a little bit slower.

I've been buying this product every year for several years now. It works great.. installation is fast and simple. It speeds up your computer and keeps it free of junk. It has lots of other features you can turn on and off. Great product.. reasonably priced for what it does.

I did get a lot of cleanup done using this software. Problems came in trying to update it. It actually erased the version I installed, and refused to activate the updated version. Good for one year, then crapped out. Bought competitor version after, equal performance though.

I am not very good with words. I can tell you I have been buying this product for over 7 years. The best features are: it cleans and repairs, protects,speeds up, and it can recover items that where deleted in your trash( sometimes a very good option to have.) all I can say is buy it, try it. I don't think you will be disappointed at all.

It works great. It does what it says It will do. Plus my laptop does not freeze or crash anymore .

I was looking for a program that would clean & speed up my computer. The program I was looking at wouldn't work with my system. I was directed to this program & have been pleased with it's operation since I installed it. Another good thing is that I can install in on my daughters computer also.

Bought this to help with some windows problems. Cleared up many issues.

Ok. This didn't fix the one major problem=bad hard drive. But after the hard drive was repaired, the laptop runs much better with System Mechanic. I like that it analyzes the computer daily to inform me of potential problems then repairs those issues. A small price to pay for piece of mind...just wish I bought it earlier.

Easy to load and use with options to select. Alerts began after first use.

Have used the basic product and decided to go with the Pro version this time. It's a winner as it improves on a good product as it is much faster and very effective. Seems to require no more memory then the basic system mechanic which is amazing consider how much it can do.

This product would not operate in my system I had to go online to get a download version to get it to work. Not worth the headache. Best Buy computer salesperson tried to say it was my system. Wrong because my system is ryzen 3 3.6 ghz 32 gb memory and over 3 tb of space and windows 10 pro 64 bit. And ths bix states it will run with all i have in my system. So unless you want to have issues returning software that won't work don't purchase this. Oh abd just because it is a federal rule not to return open software but if it doesn't work take care of the customers!
