Customer Ratings & Reviews

This microwave is easy to use and offers tremendous features. I would recommend it to anyone needed this type of unit.

Easy to use, quiet, good controls. Looks good, has all the features needed.

Microwave works great. Its a really good microwave some people say its the best microwave.

Bought this microwave to replace a defective Samsung microwave. The microwave works very well and is easy to use. We like the chimes it plays instead of the annoying beeps from other microwaves. The light for the stove top works well. We have owned it about 2 weeks and so far very pleased.

The LG black steel microwave matches my other LG kitchen appliances. It is large, high quality and it is beautiful. It is easy to use and I highly recommend this product.

Previously had a Whirlpool that failed after 8 years. The LG was a suitable replacement to match the black stainless of my other appliances at a much lower cost than another Whirlpool. The only inconvenience was it did require mounting a new bracket on the wall and drilling new holds for the top bolts. This was expected and installation was under 1 hour.

So far so good! No problems, easy to clean, great size, I can easily here the alarm. So expensive!!!!

Our LG microwave finally gave way after about 20 years! We had an air fryer and a toaster oven but still felt that we needed a microwave. Went to Best Buy first as we felt we would get the best deal and we didnt have to go anywhere else! Having a Totaltech contract came into play! This LG is easy to use and seems to be doing a great job so far! No complaints!

The LG 1.8 cu. ft. OTR microwave is a highly functional and attractive appliance that is a great fit for a modern kitchen. Its EasyClean interior and reliable Sensor Cook features are its strongest selling points, making daily cooking and cleanup hassle-free. If you are integrating with other LG Smart appliances, the ThinQ connectivity is a bonus.

Amazing product. Best microwave you can have and big enough to heat your fire and make pop corn

The LG Smart Microwave combines sleek design with user-friendly smart features. With LG ThinQ app control and precise sensor cooking, it adds a modern touch to microwave convenience. While some may find the smart functions optional, its overall performance makes it a worthwhile addition to any kitchen.

Works great. Cooks well. Good features . Easy to use

I love this microwave ! It does work perfect ! I only hope that will last some years !! I do recommend it!

Nice microwave that replaced a whirlpool. Has good features and heats evenly. Easy installation. Matched the stove and refrigerator.

I love the looks of this microwave as well as it's functionality. I have an LG side by side refrigerator & have decided to slowly convert all of my appliances to LG. This microwave looks great in my kitchen!

Microwave is a replacement … works fine, does exactly what we want it to do. And, it’s a little bit “smarter” than the older one it replace.
