This photo was recommended for my mother by our 100 (!) year old neighbor. Technologically challenged, she was reluctant to give up her “flip phone” but this has been ideal. If she gets confused, she can touch the “Home” button and she back to start. I’d highly recommend this smart phone for anyone who’s intimidated by the more popular smart phones on the market. Perfect for seniors, too, because it has an emergency button that will automatically call 911. Best gift I’ve given her!

great phone for your mom/grandma. Easy to use with all the bells and whistles made understandable. Do wish they monthly plans were a little more affordable... but safety makes it worth it.

looks like it would be easy to use but I never got to use it. There is no cell service where I live AND lively WOULD NOT activate my phone because of this. so I had to return it. I was disappointed that the salesman did not know that they would not give me service. I told him that there is no cell service where I live and he should have known that Lively would not support my phone . So it was a huge waste of time coming to Rapid City to get it and then going back the next day to return it. I have had tracfones with no problems so that is what I recommend instead of Jitterbug

Bought it for my father, who is in his late 70’s, for Christmas and he loves it! Big buttons, big screen and easy to use.

Great phone for the money, our mom wanted to be able to text and take pictures. so we upgraded her Flip Phone :) to this. I is taking a little time to get her up to speed on how to use but that is with the user not the phone. The phone is well laid out and is easy to manage. we like the safety features that are offered and enjoy texting with her and she loves showing off her photos.

Purchased for my husband who was using a flip phone. It was easy for him to use and a good way to introduce to smartphone technology. The biggest issue and really only issue is phone will not download the phone contact list to your vehicle. It will connect to blue tooth in the car but it's pretty much useless for making calls through your vehicles device. So if you don't need this function I would say its a great beginner phone.

I love the Jitterbug Smart2 Smartphone for Seniors! The instruction booklet is very easy to understand; and, at my age, the "red button" gives me peace of mind when I walk my dog. The face shows all the areas of use and I especially like the ease of typing. I have had the Jitterbug not quite two weeks and have yet to discover all its secrets, and so appreciate the folks at Great Call who answered my questions so patiently. Looking forward to taking some photos!

The large numbers and letters are very helpful. Display is simplified.

Don't like the setup, prefer icons instead. Something is running in the background vattery runs down too fast.

Bought immediately when went on the market two weeks ago. Has instruction book with large print and pictures. Just a phone call with live person to get set up. A real joy to use and so easy!

I thought because I have had a computer for many years having a mobile phone should be a breeze...WRONG!!!! i COULD NEVER UNDERSTAND ANYTHING ABOUT THEM, BAH HUMBUG! tILL i SAW AN add for the JITTERBUG PHONE... I figured well let me try it.. it seems to have everything in perfect order, like to call someone you just hit the phone button, etc.. camara hit the camera button and so forth. At my age things get harder, but the Jitterbug made having a mobile phone EASIER! THANK GOD !... sO IF you're looking for a easier phone to use.. do yourself a favor.. GET A JITTERBUG!

Easy to use for my in-laws. Employees at Best Buy were great in answering all their questions.

This phone was a good phone. It was easy to use. I would recommend for a family member that is starting to have problems figuring out how to use products. It made life easier and was much simplier to use than most phones.

No complaints. Easy to set up. THe instructions are clear and the phone worked exactly as is should. Bought a second one for the other Mom who swore she didn't want a cell phone but actually will us this one!

I purchased this phone for my Aunt and she loves it able to understand how it works and is now texting people, before this phone she couldn't understand how texting worked

Easy to set up. No unnecessary features the client may not want to use. Simple and straight forward. Being able to add apps later is a great way for beginners to familiarize themselves with the phone and its capabilities. Two thumbs up!!!

The Jitterbug Smart 2 is perfect for my husband. He had been using an old flip phone for years, and it is no longer being serviced. A smart phone used to scare him, but not any more. The quality of this phone is great and it is so easy to use, he is amazed. I think he is wishing he would have switched over a long time ago. Thanks to BestBuy, he is now so happy, like a kid with a new toy. I definately recommend this product.

Very easy to read. I got it for my husband. I have a smartphone so I am familiar with its uses. I think this helped in giving him instructions. He has used it and it has come in handy.

pretty simple for beginners and seniors. would rather Best Buy help with questions about phone problems instead of having to contact GreatCall whenever I have a question.
