MegaMan X was, for my circle of friends, the first venture into the Megaman universe, and has since been the gold standard for the genre. Having beat 1-6 as a kid, I am happy to replay them again, and delighted to discover that they hold up well after so long. This is a great package deal for kids who can only buy one game, or parents who want a game to play with their kids and remember their own childhoods

One collection, 8 games!! This has 8 games (full version of each title). The only downside is the first 4 are on the chip while the last 4 are DLC. It doesn’t make sense since they all would clearly fit on one cartridge. I’m afraid the company chose to keep the cost down and use a smaller size cartridge and most likely couldn’t fit them all on the cheapest size (only a guess). Still a great deal!!

I rented the SNES version of Megaman X1 so many times from blockbuster that my parents bought it for me, and each iteration since. Great collection, I just wish they were all on one cart. I would recommend remapping dash to a trigger to make it easier on your hands! Also where is X Command mission and Maverick Hunter X? I still have my old copies but would prefer to have the entire X collection.

Great games for great price. I felt like it was almost exactly like the original.

So many classic titles to at. So much nostalgia. If you're a fan of MegaMan/Rockman & own a Switch, this title is a must. My only small issue with this physical release is that Collection 2 must be downloaded (6.5gb) & not on the cartridge like the collection is on the MegaMan Zero ZX collection. Great games though so give it a go!

So first off: this game is not easy. If you are a casual gamer, find another game. You will have a hard time beating the first level on some of these games. This is a pixel-perfect recreation of the Mega Man titles. Plays like you would expect Mega Man to, and best yet it's all of the games. I actually liked that X2 Collection was a download, it means I can play it where ever.

This is a great collection of games ranging in quality from some of the greatest games in the Blue Bomber's history to some of his more questionable outings as well. That said, despite the love and care that went into this collection I have to say it is a disappointment that all of the games are not on one cartridge. It kind of negates the reason for buying a physical copy of the game when the entire second volume must be redeemed digitally through the eshop.

This collection is very difficult to review. The collection of games included is great, and plays flawlessly on the Switch. The biggest problem is Capcom's decision to split the collection onto a physical cartridge and a digital download. I would have preferred the collection be split onto two cartridges, or *gasp* perhaps just a single larger capacity cartridge to keep the collection entirely physical.

Classic Games in one bundle, though Legacy Collection 2 is a download.

This collection includes Megaman X 1-8. It is split into two volumes with volume 1 having X 1-4 and volume 2 having X 5-8. The good news is all the games run fine with x7 and x6 being the weakest games. The bad news is that for the switch version you only get volume 1 on the physical cartridge with volume 2 being included as a digital download code only. Something to consider if buying this version. Portable Megaman X though is awesome.

This is a great buy. All Megaman games in one package on the go!

Great game. I own this series on the PS2 and it’s still fun to play. A little difficult to play portably for someone with large hands, but works great with the Pro Controller. I was also hoping for an HD graphical overhaul, but it’s still a great game at this price. I don’t mind the digital downloads for X5-8 since they are my least favorite in the series. Overall, a very good purchase.

Been playing as the iconic little blue guy since the early days of Nintendo. This has always been my all time favorite version of robot boy and now you can grab every release of the X-series in one complete compact package. Regardless of if you are a returning fan or new to Mega Man X, do yourself a favor and pick this up ASAP!

The kind of rewarding feeling you get when finally beating a boss in a mega man game never really dulls. I have always been more of a Zero player so this was new territory for me but this is just as fun as any other Mega Man game I have had the pleasure of playing. Great compilation of some classic games.

Because of this game i want to relive my 90s gaming days!! If you are a mega man x fan this is a must buy. You'll even appreciate X7 and X8 because its included with the rest of the games. Now i want all of the megaman zero games, Legend games, mega man zx games and Battle Network!!! Thank you capcom bring more back.

I grew up with the Megaman cartoon and always wanted to buy the Mega Man and Mega Man X games, but my parents couldn't afford it. An impulse buy during Black Friday, this is perfect. I get to play a series of games I've wanted to play for years at a great price on my mobile switch console. Life is good!

I guess if you played and liked MegaMan from past this upgraded and revised version is for you. Just remember to learn the buttons to better enjoy the game. Considering the time span between past and current MegaMan this was something that eventually would come to Switch.

This collection of games for the Switch includes all of the Mega Man X games and while they look and play as great as ever I can't help but be disappointed that like the Legacy Collection on Switch you also have to download the second part of the collection, this is something Capcom has been doing alot lately and it hurts the value of buying it physically.
