I purchased this laptop for my fiancée and she loves it. The only issue I had is that it stopped charging after the second day... we took the computer back to Best Buy and they immediately ordered another one for us to replace it. We had to wait another week but we are glad the situation was remedied. Thanks!

I bought the very first Surface Pro 3 model when it was released several years ago. It still works perfectly. I compare the quality of Microsoft Surface laptop to Sony's laptops, during Sony's best design days -- and I was a devoted Sony user.

Bought for my child on her way to college. She is pleased with the color, weight and operations. A little frustrating about upgrades needed for specific apps, but not a large enough deterrent.

battery life is no where near advertised when running Windows 10. Integration with the surface dock is not all it is cracked up to be. It took me about a week to get two external monitors working reliably through the dock.

We shopped for over an hour, weighed all the options and this laptop was a definite leader. It came down to this one or the MacBook Air, this one had touchscreen, better graphics and an all around best choice for me.

I absolutley love this laptop, I used to own a mac but switched to this due to compatability with Microsoft office. It works amazing and does everything my Mac could do and more.

In the listing, Microsoft claims the computer would get 14 hours of battery life, I know that manufacturers always exaggerate these type of things, but we had a hard time getting over 4 hours. Along with the fact that it got really hot really fast, I mean uncomfortably hot, we decided to return the computer!!!

It had windows 10s and not 10. The 10s isn't domain compatible. Not an issue for most people, but there are subtle other differences that were different from 10 as well. I don't want anyone to think this is a negative review, its just not what I needed
