The laptop is great! The touch screen response well to your touch the keyboard is great! Some laptops I’ve had the keyboard was bulky and made it difficult to type but not this one. The battery life is decent, I can go a whole week without charging it when I used it for my job. I would use Microsoft word and publisher and Adobe illustrator and it could go 5 days without needing to be plugged in. I don’t need all that for my new job and now just use it for Netflix. I think I would have preferred this laptop over my Apple MacBook Air when I was in college. The storage space is so much better than my Mac and it’s actually lighter too! I definitely recommend

This is the best laptop that I own. I own 4 laptops. This laptop is light, and I really like the feel of the material it was made from. The keyboard is responsive, and the buttons feel good to use with no clicking or wobbling. The mouse pad can be adjusted to various sensitivity levels and functions which is nice. While using the laptop it did not get too hot which can be an issue with Intel laptops. The 11th gen CPU and new Iris Plus graphics are a nice upgrade over the previous generation. The max screen resolution is 225x1504 which looks amazing. Coming equipped with a 512 GB M.2 SSD and 8 GBs of ram is more than enough for what I am doing. I did some testing with Photoshop and Sketchbook with very pleasing results. I do a lot of graphical artwork, so to me a nice screen is especially important, and this laptop meets my needs for a portable solution. Overall, I really enjoy this Surface 4 laptop. It is a great balance between play and professional work. For me, this has become my go to laptop for when I am on the go. The weight and sturdiness of the design is perfect in my opinion.

You get what you paid for holds true for this machine- the product is built sturdy with the aluminum casing, the keyboard doesn't feel cheap and flimsy, and the battery life is amazing for personal use. I like the simplicity of the design of this laptop and it's very light for travel as well. The big plus with this laptop is the lack of bloatware products- the machine boots up quickly without running into any hassle of unwanted programs running in the background or starting up when turned on. I will never go to another brand laptop that is filled with unwanted software to bog down the machine that is intended to perform as advertised.

These are my go to laptops for most of my clients and myself. I have only had 1 of these give me a fit, however it was promptly replaced by Microsoft and all is well. The fit and feel of this device is great and I would put it up against a Macbook Pro any day. Although improvements have been made on being able to self service this device it is not for the faint of heart, however that is the state of the art on any of the laptops of this class. I typically do not suggest purchasing an extended warranty, however if you are purchasing a higher end device I suggest that you consider it. I am referring to on 2K or more. This a solid solution for a road warrior and when teamed with a dock you have a great office solution as well.

All in all I can confidently say that this laptop blows my others out of the water in many different ways. The main reason I am ecstatic about this is because of its speed/processing power, its light weight and its sleek design. First and foremost, this laptop is fast. There was this little voice in my head telling me that touchscreen laptops are not fast... and boy was that voice crushed about 30 seconds after powering it up. And, paired with the 8GB of ram, this laptop is sure going to provide all needed processing power that anyone would desire from a non-desktop. Fast loading is a must and this laptop checks the box. Design and weight are also very important to me. The laptop is thin,, yes very eye catching. I did not feel as if I was handling a fragile piece of equipment either. It feels sturdy and powerful. It's weight is actually much lighter than i was imagining i would be. When i feel super light laptops, my brain tells me they are flimsy, but i did not get that feeling with this laptop. All in all I would recommend this laptop due to its superior design and its higher than expected processing power.

This is a great laptop and super lightweight. Easy to open with one hand. Battery holding up well for long duration. Screen size is super friendly for documents as it is taller compared to others. Purchased this to replace a previous laptop and am very pleased with our decision. Has everything we need for my daughter to take to college.

Great product great battery light easy to carry and slim

I love this laptop got it for college due to having Microsoft accounts through school. Life changer very light and easy to take everywhere and to my classes. The charger it came with also allows for a usb to be plugged in so that helps with charging my devices

Just as the title says, the Surface laptop has withstood many days and nights of my constant work tasks and entertainment. Its speed and easy management can be great for those just using it for basic multitasking. However, there is nothing extraordinary about it. I actually see no point in the touchscreen, which I rarely used. Yes, you can use touchscreen apps on it, but angling of the laptop doesn’t allow it from proper touchscreen use. The battery life is also subpar. I had to keep plugging it in every 3-4 hours while I had some work done. As a result, you can feel it overheat from just charging. Despite these setbacks, I have never had it crash on me.

Love this laptop. Super pretty color and light. Very portable and the perfect size if you will be doing a lot of moving. I have been on the look out for a laptop for college and I think I hit the jackpot with this one.

When I look for a computer, my number one thing on the list is speed. Microsoft Surface 4 is the best computer I've owned so far. Start up and shutdown is so fast. Updates are done fast. Internet loading of content is fast. The colors of the screen display are so beautiful. The weight of it is light. The only thing there is only one usb port. But that can be easily remedy. Over all great laptop ever.

Light, good build, have touch screen and best for student choice

The Surface Laptop line has been one of the best Windows laptops since they came out. I wish they would get a really amazing update soon to keep this line lively. AMD/Intel and Microsoft should really be getting together to release the best internals on this line on day one. It's a little bit warmed over feeling, but an absolutely delicious laptop to use as a daily driver for very many reasons. The screen, the trackpad, the keyboard and the extraordinary build quality.

Had problems at first. My first purchase started getting black lines across the screen after about 2 months. Took it back to BestBuy, the looked at it and determined it to be a manufacturing error. They replaced it with a brand new one for free. Have no had any problems with my new one since. The battery life is good, audio is great. Does heat up if on a soft surface but that is as expected. Great for school, no issues with the new one.

Beautiful color, the perfect size, nice color, and compatible with othrr devices

Size of the laptop is perfect - 13.5 inch touch screen. Lightweight for daily use and travel. Ease of use setting up laptop initially, and it starts up quickly each time. Coming back to a Microsoft model, like the Microsoft Edge feature. Very happy with this model and highly recommend.
