No longer dealing with crappy spectrum routers that fail every few months made this worth it to me. Had 3 spectrum routers fail in 6 months. Picked this up and after about 5 minutes was up and running. I use a lot of smart devices so the extra bandwidth was nice. Also, two months in, and not a single beat has been missed. Better yet I can now consistently maintain the 500mb speeds I pay for. Whereas on the OE router, I could rarely achieve this. If you need options like port forwarding this has it. The app is a little weak at times mainly crashing, I have not had any trouble doing things on the desktop. So your mileage may vary there.

This router was a small but very important part I’m fixing my download speeds from my ISP! It took me over a week to get my internet problems figured out but this router was a step in the right direction!

This is great wireless router, with excellent range and loads of features. It supports very fast wireless protocol, and I have no complaints at all. It was very easy to install using the app, and has been very reliable.

I love my Netgear Nighthawk router the only thing I will say that is a con for me is that we have multiple routers and our house because we have a big house, and I actually have a house built behind my mom's so I needed another router so I could pick up her signal and because my Netgear and her Netgear are both named 87 when I go to my mom's house it doesn't recognize her router from my router that's the only issue other than that if you're just hooking up this one router it is amazing it's super fast it's affordable and I've never had an issue with it. It's super easy to connect and set up and it works with Xfinity customers.

Bought this router about a week ago when my old one just stopped working overnight. Traded the old one in at Best Buy and got a 15% off couple off a new one and chose the AX2400. We have a 3 bedroom house, about 1100 sq ft for reference. At first, we couldn’t get it to connect to the internet so we called our ISP and they did a reboot of our modem and then it worked. Once that was done, it was a breeze to use the app to set up the router. We have multiple TVs and devices using it at the same time and we get a strong signal to the basement for devices there. It’s worked great. Definitely a good purchase.

We've moved into a newly built house and needed a serious upgrade on our router. The Netgear Nighthawk was highly recommended by the IT person at my workplace. I confessed I call support with the set up only because it's been so long and I was to do it correctly. Easy to set up. We now have faster internet, it is working great with the new fiber optics, and all our devices have had no issues connecting with it. What a difference with my printer! Have always used Netgear routers and will continue to do so. Great products and support.

This router is an impressive upgrade from the AC1800 dual-band router used previously. The extra speed is noticeable. But more importantly is the Nighthawk Armor S/W built into the router. It monitors the accesses made to, and by, the internet and will block any suspicious or malicious websites to keep your computer system and all other devices on your network safe. This S/W has a free limited-time demo period that will then require a yearly subscription fee. My only complaint is the lack of sufficient documentation allow the full use of all of the features of the router and the Armor S/W.

This came in clutch when we moved into a new apartment and our ISP didn't include a router with the modem. The setup is amazingly easy. There's an app with extremely clear, step-by-step directions. It's very easy to change the WiFi's display name and password, which is sometimes annoying with other routers. It gets decent speed, as long you're within range -- definitely a shorter range than a router you'll find at a higher price point.

Once I figured out how to pair the router up with Charter's new modem (since my last devise was a Netgear Modem/Router combo), this has been problem-free. My DL and UL speads have increased significantly, and it reaches all my devices, no matter where in the house they are with the same high speed. Before, even with an extender, I wasn't getting nearly the same speeds. Highly recommended.

Phone app to install the new unit and set it up. It was easy an easy installation. The range is also great all thru my home. Highly recommend this unit!

After a few years of testing the waters with other brands, I decided to give one of the Nighthawk series routers a try. The set up process was really smooth. The app walks you through each part of the process. I haven’t taken a dive into the more advanced features, but I really just want to know that I’m getting the speeds I pay for, which I am. It was a relief just how simple it was to get up and running. All of my devices have been able to connect to the Wi-Fi with no issues at all. Great product!

We purchased this router for use in an apartment, and set up was pretty easy to complete on my phone. So far we've had no problems with interference from other routers in the complex, and the network seems secure enough that someone will really need to want in to see that there's nothing to see. I didn't do a whole lot of research, but this is a pretty good router for the price.

When our router died, I dreaded replacing it. I figured having to reconnect all our family's devices was going to be a nightmare. I could not have been more wrong. The Netgear Nighthawk was easy to set up. Download the app. Follow the steps and it does the rest. The signal is clear and strong, giving us more range than we had before. It is the definition of Plug and Play. Set it up and forget about it. No fuss. Highly recommended router!

I have spectrum and their router was really just killing my speed even though i paid more for higher internet i was only getting maybe 130 mbps at max. Now after getting this im getting a steady 480 mbps with no issues and i get great connectivity on the other side of the house when i used to struggle with it. If you need a good pick me up for a decent affordable price this is it. The set up was super easy too.

Product has been working fantastic. Application is easy to maneuver and the product itself doesn’t take up a ridiculous amount of shelf space. I cannot accurately attest for the range of the product, as my apartment is not large, but it certainly covers all of it and can even access from the parking lot. My only grievance is with the internet provider but not even Flex Tape can fix that, and I work for that company.

Easy set up takes less space performs well and accurate great range

I was using the brand new Spectrum Wi-Fi 6 router until my ETHERNET stopped working correctly. After troubleshooting for 12 hours I finally discovered the signal my Spectrum router was transmitting was garbled with corporate code you can’t remove. I bought this, swapped it out, and have had no issues since. Easy setup, strong signal, same great speed. DON’T TRUST THE SPECTRUM router. Use this instead.

I purchased this product as I needed as new router in my new house. The Nighthawk router has performed very well and has has a strong WiFi signal throughout my entire house. Setting up the router is simple using the Nighthawk app and the router gives much faster speeds than the router I had previously. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a router to go with the modem provided by their ISP.
