    The remote is kind of a pain in the butt to program. I wanted to use this remote for my smart TV and my soundbar and you have to download an app to program it. To program any of your applications to the quick select buttons is a very poor design. It uses a mapping system to find the app you're looking for.

    Advertise that it would operate my fire stick, and TV both. Very disappointing, I could not turn the TV on with the remote, but it would turn it off and the home button would not function properly for the fire stick.

    Unfortunately didn’t do what we wanted, which is to eliminate all other remotes. Disappointed that this product was recommended as a second option after first choice also did not work.

    So grateful! My dog destroyed the remote to my Samsung Smart TV. Best Buy solved my problem by having this little beauty that works as well as the original.

    Terrible product. Obviously wasn't ready to sell. Mobile app doesn't work and has a terrible user experience even if it did. Remote has little/no instructions and company web site provides nothing.

    Worked fine but programming was too limited to be useful. Ended up in garbage. Jus tone more simple layer of option in macro programming would make all the difference in it being a great value.
