It keeps beeping all day long and keeps saying “buttons locked” or “ no feeding recorded” They must have messed up the sensitivity calibration in the firmware update. You would thought you get premium quality by paying premium dollars. That just isn’t the case for Perlibro. My other $50 cheap Chinese feeder with camera has lasted two years now and never had a single issue.

Sometimes I need to travel for a few days or over a weekend; this allows me to monitor and ensure the cats are fed. This failed within 6 months of my owning it. I had an overnight trip, nothing major, and returned to a dead feeder. I thought this would be a welcome QoL improvement but it’s not. I’ve returned to the gravity feeder and would recommend others to avoid this product.

The giftee wants to exchange it for the water feeder and Best Buy will not support the exchange because it is beyond 30 days. I bought it on dec 11, Christmas was the 25th and I tried to exchange it on the 12th. They would not take it. Shame on you

Took it back to Best Buy, and they replaced it. Again, this one failed within 3 months, and i can't get the wifi to come back on (which you need to set the time). Other reviewers on Reddit had similar issues, and nobody has found a solution to this issue. I have to return it AGAIN. Epic fail on this company's part.
