Customer Ratings & Reviews

With the 1 Tb storage I’m able to play many games . I don’t like how they don’t have many car racing games like the ps3 . I would like to see more deals on the games because the console was expensive as is . The PlayStation plus is also a joke , to play online and have 3 monthly games & no Sony movies available for the price of fifty dollars is absurd . I enjoying playing online after a long day of work .

The PS5 Pro redefines what “next-gen” truly means, pushing performance past expectations with blistering speeds and jaw-dropping visuals. Its upgraded GPU delivers ray tracing at a fidelity that makes even the most familiar worlds feel new, while AI-powered upscaling ensures every frame is a masterpiece. Load times? Practically nonexistent—this machine doesn’t just play games; it launches you into them. The redesigned cooling system keeps things whisper-quiet, proving power doesn’t have to come with compromise. Sony didn’t just refine the PS5; they perfected it, setting a new benchmark for console gaming. If the PS5 was the future, the PS5 Pro is living in it.

Coming from the regular PS5, I was really excited to see how games like GOW: Ragnarok would look with the beefier specs. I can confidently say that not only do some of my favorite games look better, but the higher frame rates make this worth every penny. And with the upcoming PSSR 2.0 update, it's only set to improve further!

I recently purchased the PlayStation 5 Pro, and I’m extremely impressed. The performance is incredible — games load instantly, the graphics are sharp and smooth, and the overall experience feels next-level. The console runs quietly, the 4K quality is amazing, and the new controller features make gameplay even more immersive. Definitely worth every dollar. Highly recommended!

I upgraded from the regular PS5, and the difference is noticeable. Games load faster, graphics look sharper, and the 120Hz support makes everything feel incredibly smooth. Ray tracing improvements really stand out in supported titles. If you have a 4K TV that supports 120Hz, you’ll definitely appreciate the upgrade. The design is basically the same, but the performance boost is worth it for serious gamers. Pros: Fast, smooth, great visuals. Cons: Not a must-have for casual players.

The PS5 Pro is by far the best gaming console I have ever owned. The speed is unbelievable—games load in seconds, and the 4K performance with high frame rates makes everything look stunning. The new controller feels amazing in the hands and adds so much to the gameplay experience. What I love most is how quiet the system runs even during long sessions. This console is worth every penny, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the PS5 Pro so far. Games look great and everything runs smooth, especially in performance modes. Setup was quick and easy, and I’ve had zero issues with it. It’s definitely expensive, but if you play a lot and want the best PlayStation experience available, I think it’s worth the upgrade.

Absolutely love the PS5 Pro. I have a huge library of games and they all have improved graphics and speed. The ray tracing is notably, the most eye-catching edition to past and present games. Since there are so many amazing games and upcoming games to play. I've decided to just buy PlayStation Pro models of going forward. Highly recommend especially with the new slew of games coming out this year and next year they all are going to be optimized for the PS five Pro! Can't wait!

I recently purchased the PlayStation 5 Pro, and I'm extremely impressed! The performance is incredible — games load instantly, and the graphics are sharp and smooth. The console runs quietly, the 4K quality is amazing, and it's definitely a noticeable step up from the standard PS5. It's a good solid improvement over the PS5 and worth the investment for serious gamers. Overall, if you value performance and future-proofing, this is a great console. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my PS5 Pro. As someone who came from PC gaming, I eventually got tired of sitting at a desk, and being able to relax on the couch has made gaming much more enjoyable for me. The graphics are incredible and, in many games, they’re so close to my PC that I honestly can’t tell the difference. While the PS5 Pro is definitely on the expensive side, I think it’s completely worth the price.

I have ever playstation. Playstation 1,2,3 and 4. Best I must say the Playstation 5 Pro is by far the best in my collection. Extremely powerful, tons of storage, and it has perfect graphic plus endless amount of game titles. This is a must buy from best buy !

I absolutely love my PlayStation 5—this console has completely transformed my gaming experience. The speed, the graphics, the immersive gameplay… everything feels next-level. From the moment I turned it on, I knew I made the right choice. It’s not just a system, it’s an experience I look forward to every time I sit down to play. And I can’t say enough about Best Buy. Ordering through their app is incredibly convenient, and their delivery is always fast, smooth, and reliable. My PS5 arrived quickly and perfectly packaged, making the entire process stress-free. On top of that, the deals I get with Best Buy are truly unbeatable—great prices, special offers, and rewards that actually make a difference. As an owner of the original PS5 for five years since launch, I upgraded to the Pro. Definitely worth the upgrade if you're able to sell your old PS5. Playing Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on either Fidelity Pro or Performance Pro mode is breathtaking, especially if you have a 4K TV with 120 HZ refresh rate and VRR. Gran Turismo 7 also receives a graphical boost, which looks even more stunning in VR. Design looks clean, was even able to order custom Spider-Man plates as shown in the photos.

The ps5 pro is the best console money can buy currently. It is a great experience playing on this with my g4 oled. Compared to the launch ps5 or slim the visuals are somewhat better and the higher fps is always nice. Only reason this got 4 stars is for $750 retail does not come with a disc drive or the stand. For the price a little ridiculous it does not. However would still recommend buying this console if you have a nice oled or at minimum a tv with hdmi 2.1 support and 120hz for max fps.

The PlayStation Pro came with over 1TB of Memory . Excellent storage for a lot of games audios saved gameplay and more . Exceptional sleek quality and weight difference from the original ps5 standard edition. The picture visuals and faster ROM helps generate a captivating experience you can’t get on the earlier PlayStation models . I use it everywhere . It’s best used at home but with a projector or that luggage monitor it can be used anywhere on the go realistically. I liked everything included in this purchase and would definitely recommend to everybody .

Got this as an upgrade in prep for some upcoming games I really want to play a console. People say the upgrade isn’t worth the $ but I can honestly say I’m noticing some true crisp differences. Also the pro is smooth, runs quiet and has a lot of display accessibility options that I’m liking. No complaints! In store pickup was quick and easy!

I've been playing the PS5 since close to release and I was skeptical of the PS5 Pro at first, but it's an awesome upgrade! Its so much fastest, and it significantly improves some if the games I had been playing. The PSSR breathes new life into games that are PS5 Pro enhanced, and they simply look incredible. I'm very happy with this purchase, and I'm glad I did it when I did.

I loved the overall performance of this console and I use it almost daily. However the only issue that I have with this console is the lack of a disk drive, sadly becoming a thing of the past in 3 years.

Definitely a step up from the regular PS5. Load times are a bit faster, graphics look and flow a lot smoother, frames hold and present every detail. Not even mentioning the storage space. Some may say they barely notice (also probably depends on the TV & HMDI cable) but I’ve definitely felt the difference after playing on it for over 2 months now. Hopped on my digital edition and felt a surreal difference in speed/resolution. If you have a PS5 to trade in, the pro is worth the purchase.
