This game awesome! I got it for my son's birthday and he loves it. The astrobot game was free and I love playing it. Chris was awesome he explained all he functionality of the game. I 10/10 recommend. Great customer service

My son was the only one with a PS5 for a while then I m decided to get one I wish I could have gotten the one he had with the call of duty. I have not yet tried the Astro yet but I plan on it shortly

Bought it open box saved me about 80 dollars it was basically brand new, every time I’m about to buy anything I check for the open box 1st

Would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased these for myself for my birthday. A year later my situation still never got resolved. My PS5 bundle and the extra controller I purchased with the extra warranties on all the items was stolen within 20 minutes of the delivery (which was hours before the scheduled delivery time and I had to leave work to attempt to get my stuff but they were already stolen). I contacted the police with videos from neighbors ring cameras showing my stuff being stolen, UPS claims because it was delivered by them, as well as Best Buy support with the police report information and the same videos I sent to the police. The Best Buy support person said they could send me replacements of the items I purchased instead of a refund, I even asked for them to be sent to my dads house in his name so I knew they would be safe and I was already planning on visiting him for my birthday. 5 days later it was cancelled with no explanation, call, or email. I called Best Buy support back and that person said they couldn’t do anything about it being cancelled and they couldn’t give me an explanation on how it would be resolved.

You usually expect new packaging and to open it yourself. You pay for the product and the satisfaction of opening a new box. The good thing is that the PS5 was good.

This console is such a great experience because of many factors like the smoothness of gameplay, and exclusive titles. However, it’s just missing a single addition which is more storage capacity as games today are MUCH larger than the games in 2018-2020 era. Additionally, the controller is a game changer. Simply loved it. ❤️

Picked up a PlayStation 5 from Best Buy and I’m really happy with the whole thing. Ordering was easy, and it showed up on time, packed really well. No issues at all. The staff were chill and helpful when I had a few questions. The PS5 is amazing—super fast, great graphics, and just a huge upgrade from my old console. Totally worth it. I bought this for my teen son’s bday and he absolutely loves it. He played the game Astrobot and said it was a great game. We’ve had it for about 9 months, and it’s been great. Some games he downloads, others I have physical copies and he just loves it. It’s nice that this one came with an awesome game preinstalled.

I love the PlayStation I have loved the PlayStation since I was a kid we had every generation of PlayStation you could think of and it’s just gotten better over the years. It does really suck that you have to purchase a subscription to use the Internet for games when you buy Internet already through Internet subscriptions, you know like Xfinity, which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Why should I pay for something that I already paid for?

The console was really easy to set up and get running, and handles games very well! I’ve had no issues while using the console either, overall it’s a very smooth and optimal experience.

I finally upgraded from my PS4 to the PS5 and I love it. It is so much faster, with noticeable better graphics, and fully compatible with my favorite PS4 games.

I have always been a XBOX player since the first game. I would only buy a PS for one game and that was GOW but o am finding myself using this PS5 more for my solo gaming. Still go back to my XBOX but really loving this PS5 graphics, sound, and immersiveness of the free range of the worlds.
