Customer Ratings & Reviews

Ordering online and picking up at the store was easy and fast as you could ask for. It's still too early to give a complete review on the PS5 itself but it's the best deal on one going for the last few months. The fortnite items are a pretty cool bonus, 1000 v bucks and a skin usually cost 10 or 15 bucks. So all in all the value was good and if the console lasts longer than my first PS4 pro then I'll give it 5 stars. I also got a few games from Best Buy for the holidays, they came next day the day before christmas at the same or lower price as the contenders. So I'll always be checking Best Buy for deals and convenience when looking for gifts and electronics.

PS5 works great, the fortnight bundle is awesome, my bf loves it!

Trust me when i say this. This ps5 is such a great console for anyone who is trying to play video games. It’s such a reliable, fast, and fun console to have. Definitely worth the money.

My son loves the PS5 and Fortnite. The controllers are pretty amazing.

Personally I was skeptical about buying a ps5 after owning a Xbox all my life but I can say, I’m enjoying the switch. I can finally record game audio & play with my friends on ps5 without worrying about cross platform.

Great product, easy unboxing, easy setup, and ready to use.

The fastest loadtime I love this PS5 it's so much better than X Box

I like this PlayStation hows go fast. The reason I buy this PlayStation because I have a Xbox One. So I play warzone And I change to this PlayStation 5.

This console is great and the upgrade in storage is amazing, I can now fit way more games since I do own a SD card form the previous PS5 I had which was one of the first that came out. The design isn't too bad either but I would change the side covers to black or just any another color to make it more stylish.

Awesome system. It works much better than the ps4.

This was a gift for my son for Christmas. He has wanted this game for a few years and I was very excited it came in such a quick timing. The delivery driver was pleasant and my son was extremely excited to set it up Christmas morning. Thank you Best Buy, he has already redeemed the code it came with for Fortnite as well!

I’ve been wanting to get my ps5 for a while. Now that I’ve got it, I love it. It plays my ps4 games, and they clearly play better on the ps5. I’m sure that I’ll continue to enjoy the ps5 for a long time to come. Thank you Best Buy for helping me get my ps5.
