My son had the very first Xbox. Upgraded to the Xbox Series S when it first came out and has had for YEARS. He’s never asked for any gaming console, he just dealt with the Xbox. He finally started college and wanted a PS5. He almost purchased from Target but I’m a BestBuy Fan and I purchase all of my electronics from here. We looked online and you all had a better deal, saving him at least $150 to $200! He now wants some accessories, so we’re working on that! Thanks BestBuy

Best purchase by far! Best buy made it easy for me to buy, offered me a great deal with opening a credit card with them! I went in and immediately was asked about what i needed for today. Had me wait at the cashier station, and grabbed the playstation for me! I love it!

Honestly a good product and even they’re adding one game to it, I highly recommend this console to everybody you can play 4K for a good price

My son and I purchased a PlayStation Console that came with the NBA 2k26 bundle. We absolutely are content with the purchase. Target had it with 5% discount using debit/credit Target card (shipping only) BUT BestBuy had it in stock and for the option to purchase using out BestBuy Credit Card with NO interest. That gives us peace of mind with our purchase knowing all payments made will be going towards the balance. This purchase also gave me the opportunity to teach my son little things here and there concerning Credit Cards.

Perfect Christmas gift. Has a great amount of storage. Images are very clear. I love how I can play games while also having my streaming services on here so everything is together. It’s so simple to navigate. The 2k game that comes with it is a very nice touch.

Super fast, quiet, and easy to use. The controller feels very comfortable in the hands, and the user interface is clean and intuitive. This version includes a great game, which makes it an even better deal. I’ve seen it on sale a few times, but honestly, it’s worth every penny even at full price. Totally satisfied with this purchase!

Coming from a PS4 Pro, the PS5 doesn’t feel a million miles from where I left off, but it is nonetheless a noticeably refined and improved experience in several areas over its predecessor. The controller is definitely one of those areas; the sensation and feedback a big step up from the old. The loading speeds too; compared to the same games on PS4, are phenomenally quick. There’s a couple of points I am less sure on - the exterior design is still not to my liking, even after several years of its release to get used to. It’s just a bit odd; the sweeping plastic panels stick out on their own at the top corners, feeling exposed to being broken, and the disc player (I know it’s a bolt-on, but still..) just feels like an afterthought - not fully in keeping with the rest of the machine.

I don't know why I didn't buy a PS5 sooner. Plays PS4 games, no load times anymore, and amazing upgrade to game quality. I'm sure we all remember the difference between PS3 and PS4 but this more like a jump from PS2 to PS4. If you're still using PS4 only it definitely worth the switch.

Purchase refurbished PlayStation 5. Came in just like new except 1 cord and stand for console. I new before ordering that it was an open box. Set up was great and the items were in pristine condition.

I bought this game system for myself and for my boyfriend. My son and gis girlfriend are my roommates. This system has really allowed us to bond as a couple as well as a family. I found that I am really good at Tekken! The graphics are great and it lets me play some of my PS4 games on it. The service I got at Best Buy when I bought it was perfect. He was very knowledgeable and not too pushy with the up-selling.
