Having to pay for dlc on day one is kinda crazy and it feels kinda greedy, hopefully it will be good.

This dlc is a grind and boring and depends on timed sessions within the hyper dimension. Think of the ZA tournament but worse where you only have a few minutes. There’s some donut mechanic too which is tied to all of this. Wish I could free roam in the hyper dimension without worrying about getting kicked out and constantly feeling pressured by time.

This should have been part of the game. ZA is based only in one city, pokemon needs to step it up.

I enjoyed the base game pretty thoroughly but this dlc felt a bit like a cash grab. The "mega dimension" is the only "new area" and it just consists of a handful of small maps that are chunks of the pre-existing Lumiose map with a negative filter. Your time in this area is limited to extremely short bursts that are determined by donuts you craft using berries. The best berries are found in the Mega Dimension and the gameplay loop consists of going in and using the short time to catch the few pokemon available and farm more berries for future runs. The story is pretty bland and uninteresting as well. It seems that this was really just a vessel to add other pokemon with megas that weren't in the game, as well as introduce some new mega forms. If you enjoy shiny hunting, it does offer some of the best shiny hunting methods, permitting you have the proper berries and patience to spend short bursts of time hunting for these pokemon in areas that only spawn about 3 different species at a time. It is packed with legendaries and the new megas are cool, but I can't help but feel that this is an overall hollow experience. The limited time and donut loop also gets tedious and exhausting, especially with all they make you do with it to access the best donuts. It becomes a bit of a repetitive slog. It feels thoughtless and lazy when compared to the Scarlet and Violet DLC, and at $30 the value proposition is just not there, in my opinion. Should have been $10-15 for what you actually get.

Love it. Game is fun, DLC is also fun. GameFreak and the pokemon company have made another great game, and fixed some of their issues from the last few games

Super fun so far! Granted, it's a little expensive for a DLC, but I can guarantee you'll get at least an hour of playtime for every dollar you spend if you enjoy Pokedex filling, shiny hunting, and battling in Legends Z-A!

It’s Pokémon what else can I say. More megas and dimensions.

Amazing add on was able to redeem digital code within minutes after purchase. Overall DLC Pokemon Mega Dimension is a must have if you have Pokemon Legends Z-A

A little lackluster, you unlock a bunch of legendaries but most are shiny locked which sucks. It’s an alright dlc

Fun at first but becomes too grindy. Cool new Pokemon to catch and shiny hunt, though.
