[Employee of bestbuy] App was easy to use, it learns floor pattern fast and adapts well to changing environments! Also the remote video call feature is fun!

This robot works well and always return home without issue. If something is jammed it will you know via the app.

I have had many Roborock vacuums over the years (I think this is #7?) and unfortunately this will be my last. While the cleaning performance was acceptable (it's taller than other robots and edge cleaning is lackluster) when it was operating normally, unfortunately the unit stopped recognizing it's dock a month after purchase. I'll look at competitor options for a roller style mop.

Does not clean corners, too tall to go under any furniture, and doesn’t clean well in general. I read tons of reviews, had AI generate a comparison of several products on the market. Doesn’t perform like I was lead to believe it would.

Upgraded from iRobot to this product. I have had this product for two months. While the mop feature is nice, the vacuum feature is terrible. The suction on the vacuum is not good. I’ve reached out to the company to either replace or refund and they said to go to Best Buy and see if I can get a replacement. Customer service has been awful.

To help you get the best experience, we kindly suggest that you clean the dustbin filter and replace it if needed, check the main brush and both ends for any tangled hair or debris, make sure the brush cover is installed correctly, and after removing the dustbin, use compressed air or a hairdryer to clean the fan intake area.

Bought for its marketed pet hair capability, but it just leaves hair balls all over the house. For the price, I would not recommend.
