It's insane. I had to install it MYSELF and they never hauled it away. The old oven is still in my garage.

I didn’t get it until May 2024. I can’t even begin to explain the headache this purchase was. This wasn’t even my original oven.i ordered a single oven and then they cancelled on me after 4 months

Overheated first time using cleaning cycle!

Headed the warnings from the delivery guys and went with the shortest cleaning cycle. It ran for 2 hours and then blew out without tripping the breaker. Best Buy delivery guys warned me this oven is notorious for blowing the fuse or frying the control panel when running the cleaning cycle. Samsung knows this is an issue, yet they continue to sell this oven. Don't buy it. It will break.
