The item is nice, but arrived broken twice. I recently returned and reordered for the third time, but the order was cancelled 2 days after it was do to arrive. I’m annoyed that a $150 plastic frame was broken twice, seems poor quality, but with that said it does what it’s supposed to do and looks beautiful. I can’t wait to get my replacement again. Fingers crossed.

My wife and I purchased this TV for "Image Frame" it's so popular for. Quality of image is fantastic. We are looking at buying another one for our bedroom. I personally love the "invisible cable" and having a separate box for all my inputs. Overall good product.

Should be minus rating as the product apparently isn’t available. I held over an hour attempting to return call from messages advising I needed to schedule delivery. Guessing my only recourse is to drive to the nearest store to get refund and attempt to order a different bezel…
