First off lightweight great screen quality (not touch screen should be for the price) Good Keyboard and trackpad but the orientation of the track pad to accommodate the numbers keys causes my palm to accidentally touch the track pad while typing.. Battery life is poor in comparison to the advertised usage.

This is an incredibly beautiful Chromebook. It is ultra thin, super light, snappy, and it has good battery life. My issue with it was the 1080 display. I was super excited about this Chromebook, I mean, it has an OLED display, but the 1080 resolution kills the whole package. The letters look blurry no matter what you do. I ended up going with the ASUS expertbook which is not as thin or light as this one, but it has a 2K display that looks super sharp and makes the Chromebook experience so much more refined. I hope that Samsung eventually makes a Chromebook as beautifully as this one, and includes a display with a resolution not outdated by today's standards...

Was waiting for the right laptop after having my Pixelbook since 2017...and so glad I got this one! The screen and build are absolutely amazing. The thinness and how lightweight this laptop is can't be expressed enough till you see this one in person!

Light and fast. Excellent screen. Backlit keys. Lots of features I've been waiting for in a Chromebook. But had to get service after a few months. Could just be a lemon. Fortunately Best Buy has Excellent customer service.

This Samsung Chromebook Laptop had everything I was looking for: larger size (15.6"), backlit keyboard, higher RAM and storage memories (8GB/256GB). While there were cheaper ones, like the ones I'm seeking to replace, I would have had to sacrifice memory, size and the backlight. So this fit the bill and so far, seems to be working really well. Love the thinness of it: fits in a briefcase easily.

After owning this computer for over a month, I feel like I can give an honest review of it. Immediately after I set it up, I noticed the mousepad wasn't working properly or as I thought it should, mainly noticing it while scrolling (using the two finger scrolling method). After a week or two, I ordered a Samsung bluetooth mouse (from the manufacturer's website because Best Buy didn't have it). Since receiving the mouse, I haven't noticed any other issues (still have issues with mousepad). I find myself using it more than my last Chromebook, it connects easily to my other Samsung devices and appliances (Smart Things app and linking), and the number pad on the side is convenient. I love it.

This is perfect for our son. He wanted a laptop for gaming and we wanted one that he could also do his school work on. The size of the screen is perfect for all of these things

This Samsung is the 2nd one i have purchased. It is much faster than the first one and thinner. These chromebooks are great with an awesome high resolution screen and powerful processor. Samsung is the only brand i would consider based on their quality and performance.

I switched to this Chromebook from a Macbook Air. While Chromebooks will, on it's own, never be a "do it all" machine like a Macbook or Windows laptop, they just work and are very simple to use. If you add a service like Geforce Now, which I use, it actually becomes a very good cloud service gaming machine. Particularly with the nice screen that this one has.

I went from a 2017 Chrome Pixel that I loved, however old, to the Galaxy Chromebook, which I love more. Extremely pleasant to use. Bright screen, big touchpad, light and thin. I also really appreciate the numeric keypad and the addition of a delete key in addition to the backspace, as well as a few other new keys. Easy to migrate and setup all my favorite apps.

I bought an open box at a really deep discount, so I'm very happy with the purchase. At full price, I would have looked at a different Chromebook. The good - Size, lightweight, and display with a caveat. Although the screen is huge. Just like one of the other reviewer mentioned. It's very low res. My OG Galaxy Chromebook 4k blows it out of the water. Then again it's in 4k so it's not a fair comparison, but they are comparable in price. The bad - The keyboard flat out sucks. The positioning of the keyboard and mouse pad are out of whack because of the mini 10-key. They should have removed it and put top firing speakers, cos the bottom speakers suck too. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. Especially for the open box price I got it for.

The screen on this chromebook is fantastic, the keyboard feels great to type on and it performs well with the Chrome OS and Linux loaded onto it also. A great Chromebook

This Chromebook is lightweight and well made. Except for those who need video production or gaming, I think it is an excellent choice.

Beautiful and a really nice keyboard. The screen is gorgeous and when you lift the top its very smooth. The laptop does not come up with it.

Love the ease of use. The battery life is amazing. Boots up super fast.
