[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for every day use. Streaming, shopping, music, pics/videos, playing games, and for work. I never have an issue with my phone or when it updates. Everything works beyond my expectations. I love that it's a slim device, the pen, and "GalaxyAI" features are great. I do have one thing I don't like, and that is they don't offer their phones in various colors. Ex. Lilac, pink, aqua, etc...

Between every day use driving or even going to the market. This phone has impacted my daily life and made it easier to navigate to my destination paying for groceries super fast speed or even at home relaxing playing games on your phone with speeds and refresh rate you won't wanna go anywhere without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the galaxy series since the very first one and they just feel past their prime, each model a little more disappointing than the last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently switched back to Android from iOS for being gone maybe about 4 years. It's been a great experience since switching back, no issues that I can't handle but software updates are lacking a bit. Recently we were supposed to receive the UI 7 update but due to whatever issues there are it's been postponed and communication is extremely terrible. No kind of articles that suggest any feedback or any update will come but it's just a thing dealing with Android. I've been enjoying my time and I don't plan on switching back to iOS anytime soon but there is a stipulation involved when dealing with hardware and not receiving updates in a timely manner. We are supposed to receive updates for the next 7 years seems like we'll be getting updates maybe every two years or so I don't know just depending on how long Samsung takes with updating software. Still a good device I've had no major issues, Cameras perfect software is nice and speedy I've had no specific issues with it beautiful device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good phone to have on any day if it's for pictures 100% zoom and clarity of the camera and the features for the phone came along way from the first release.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The s24 Ultra is amazing phone. I recently upgraded from a Note 20, and it's a huge difference. Though the interface and feel of the phone are very similar to what I had before, the processing power on this Ultra is insane! 5G antenna has greatly improved, as well. As for the camera, I'm still trying to figure this out. The 50mp and 200mp camera are very difficult to use and get a decent picture. It captures so much detail that any slight movement of your hand/phone creates a very blurry image. To test things out, I ordered a tripod and saw a huge improvement. Pictures in low light settings still come out terrible with or without the tripod, however, in an outdoor setting with plenty of light, I have taken some of the most beautiful and detailed pictures. One thing that does drive me crazy about the camera is the AI processing of the photos. It overly edits your pictures on the 50 and 200mp modes. I've tried turning the AI editing down as much as it would let me, but I am very disappointed with this feature. Other than that, this camera is great. Video can also capture full HD in 30fps and 60fps. Also records in 8k, but the full HD with 60fps looks the absolute best. Battery life is great. I watch YouTube at work all day and dim the screen to 25%. I'm able to go about 5 hours straight without having to charge. I'm very glad that I purchased this phone, and I am a proud to be a part of the Samsung family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Device has great graphics and run fairly smoothly. Only issue I have experienced is that the device randomly crashed, but haven't experienced it since software update. Overall great features such as Galaxy AI. Cameras are great, biometrics for unlocking device works smoothly as well. No issues running games and applications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an incredible phone, I ordered the orange S24 Ultra online and even the color is very nice, with excellent battery life, incredible resolution in the photos that the camera takes. The Galaxy AI has become something very indispensable for my day to day, since I don't speak perfect English and the call translation is too useful for me, apart from that I use Notes a lot and I have to read a lot for my work on the Internet and being able to summarize even the videos is something that saves me time. The truth is a spectacular phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone The Galaxy AI is really cool. Just switched that. My camera didn't keep failing if they could fix the camera problem. Then my phone would be awesome.I'd give it a five star
