This item is advertised as a "Long Memory Foam Pillow" and is described to be super soft. No measurements are listed in the specifications, so I was surprised to receive a folded neck pillow that is 26" in length. It has a hard & uncomfortable spine through the middle. The memory foam is too thin to be used as a regular pillow because of the hard spine & without looking at the "frequently purchased with this item" full of neck pillows, I would have no indication that it specifically is one. It may make more sense to at least include photos of the item as a neck pillow instead of just "a long pillow" with no description of a hard plastic spine & relatively short length. Its probably a great item for people shopping for neck pillows though!

I was looking for a pillow for my bed, but this really isn't it. I just happened to have rewards that I was forced to spend. It seems too big to travel on a plane with, so I'm not sure exactly where it would be best used.

perfect for traveling, very comfortable. Thought it was gonna be bigger though
